Jimmy John's

Jimmy John's is da bomb. The staff is really friendly, the service is fast, you can watch them prepare your food, the food is fresh particularly the the veggies are not all watered and rotten like Subway is, and most importantly the place is clean!

Got my free 8inch sub from there on Jul 11 around 5:15pm. and ordered online. Was ready within less than 5 minutes. The French bread looked perfect and my sandwich was delicious with the appropriate amount of toppings. The sandwich was very clean too no dressing or anything on the wrapper. Thanks for the great service!

I normally go order in store but couldnt due to car issues. They got my order here faster than if I had gone myself. As always the food is fresh and delicious.

Outstanding! Superior service. 3 great sandwiches. Lightning fast delivery. Recieved order delivered less than 15 minutes after ordering to nearby hotel. Reasonably priced. Super easy online ordering using JJ app. Delivery person was nice. Highly recommend. I will order from here again.

Super bad service. Took almost 2 hours to get our food. This is why I wish you could tip after the delivery your food. Some of the worst service I have ever had from Jimmy John's. When I called to see where the order was the guy just said it's on the way. He never asked for my name or order number so how did he even know. Then he hung up. I know you get busy but that's no reason to treat customers like that.

I order from this shop at least once a week, and the service is always fast and very friendly. Today, I ordered one of the new sandwiches the Roast Beef Black and Bleu and noticed about halfway thru my sandwich that it had no bleu cheese crumbles on it. I called the store and spoke to the manager who was very courteous, and offered to send out a new delivery to fix the problem. Thank you Jimmy Johns for the continued good service and delicious eats!

Great food, but wasn't able to use the $5 off coupon which must be used online, so I tried to order in store, but the automated system didn't allow it due to being past 7:45, so I had to pay full price. That's not the shops fault, but the parent company, and it was very frustrating. The employees are great however, so that's not a reflection on them. Fix your coupon and online ordering, JJ's! Not directed at this franchise

Third time in a row order has been wrong in just about as months. I like Jimmy John"s. Typically it is a good place to grab food but this location N May seems to keep the bar set low in terms of order correctness. I know this just a sandwich shop but if it's your job right now to make food there, please try harder.

Drove up to get some chocolate chip cookies through the drive-through at 8:45 PM tonight store lights off inside and out including drive-through guy was in there cleaning up trying to get out he saw me pull up he froze I just decided to leave because I didn’t feel comfortable going in they should’ve been open till 9 PM. What happened to people’s work ethics these days I hope he sees this and learns a lesson.

One of my favorite sandwich shops, Jimmy John's is always reasonably priced using only the freshest ingredients which include the tastiest premium, top shelf deli meats. I noticed several new sandwiches on the menu last time and have been looking forward to trying them all. Way to go JJ's! :-
