Terrible, staff in drive thru is incredibly rude, acted like I kicked her dog when asking for honey mustard. Also just look at the quality of the hot chicken they served up. All around bad experience….also didn’t get my drink or receipt which just adds to the experience

When u walk in the doors are dirty, no greeting. When asked about something for a bucket meal, told cant do a bucket with legs wings and thighs. Cause of a promotion. But wouldn’t sell me the promotion stuff. So great job not selling chicken. Never had kfc not selling me a bucket of chicken.

Clean, excellent service, the GM was amazing, food was everything I've been craving

Went thru drive thru made me pull up to the doors even tho I was the only customer. Then I get home start to eat they gave me a wing instead of a leg and my strips were so hard I almost broke a tooth. I called 10 times to talk to them. The fifth calll someone answered then told me "hold on one second" then hung up. The eighth time I called they answered said hello then hung up. I am not happy at all and they were very rude.

Had to come to this location due to bad service at 23rd and Penn.  This location has food available and does not make you wait 40 minutes before canceling your order.  Crew actually wants to serve customers.  Best KFC location in OKC.Food: 4/5

I usually don't leave bad reviews. The people were very nice but I ordered the famous bowl with extra cheese, I think they thought I meant no cheese cuz there's like 4 strands of cheese in here and there's so little gravy the potatoes are dry. Should have gotten extra gravy just to eat my bowl. And it's kinda lukewarm as if this had been made earlier and didn't get picked up, so I got it in my bag. The chicken so dry and crunchy, i just gave it to my dog. Biscuits are good but yeah. Maybe just pay more attention when you're working, please. I love kfc and have had nothing but good experiences here but this time was just no good for a $21 meal. For just myself

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. I said tenders in the window I don’t eat kfc because it’s chicken that’s filled that junk and then very overpriced at that however I was on a time crunch. But to ask for tenders and said tenders multiple times. Call to see if I can bring it back and exchange it and let’s just say staff quality is trash and unprofessional. Avoid this place unless you just like throwing $30 down the drain.

The original recipe chicken tasted bad. The recipe has been changed and it's not good. Macaroni and cheese bowl was awful as well. It was cold and looked like it was squeezed out a bag and hard chicken pieces put on top. Nasty just nasty, all of it. The drink was good.

This place has the worse customer  service , PERIOD! I am not sure what rock they found the people to work at this location but it is bad! They mess up the order every time , then get mad when you ask them for the mossing items . I would give this place zero stars if I was allowed to. Do your self a favor and go to the one on nw 39th st and skip this hell hole. Also dont bother calling because they  are not smart enough to answer the phone. If I was this franchise owner I would consider a complete overhaul of all of the staff . They make the worse mcdonalds look like the dream team
