Double cheeseburger Patty#1 somewhat cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. Patty #2 was fine so we turned it into a single with cheese Wait for food was good and staff was good. Did not see the outside until we got home.

Me at the drive thru: “hi I have a mobile order” Lady: “quiet mumbling” **Silence** Me: “it’s uh..tv83” Her: “HOLD ON MAAM ” Me: “okay sorry??” Her: “pull through ” Rude as hell and for no reason?? Speak up. My first interaction with someone this morning was being yelled at when I didn’t even deserve it. Also, aren’t you supposed to ask for our order numbers for mobile pickup anyways??

The drive thru is spectacular and the window people really know what they are doing and they know your name which is so handy when you trying to look cool on a first date.Food: 5/5

I frequent this McDonalds at least once a week with my grandson. Yesterday I had my daughter with me, after she left Brookwood Hospital. The employees are so pleasant, especially Pam!! The food is always hot and my order has never been incorrect. Yesterday I met the owner, Jami, who introduced herself as she brought our food to our car. I highly recommend this McDonalds over any in Homewood! Another visit: I visited my favorite McDonalds today and was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! The service was terrible in the drivethru. When my grandson and I got home we saw my hamburger was PLAIN, French fries had no salt and were cold! We did not have any napkins, he received a blonde Barbie after I said he was a boy!! The girl at the window has no personality!! She acted like it was an effort to give us our food! I hope the owner reads this, because this is not up to my McDonald’s standards!!

Every single time. 4 visits for food with items missing and the one time I get all the items I have this problem. I’m just about done. Never stop here for food except single Ice cream purchases because if you order two they get them wrong.

1. Pic employees cars taking up all right side parking places. 2.No one in store. That's how I know employees cars. 3. O! Except this - Homeless person allowed to sleep in store. Others issues. Owner please contact me?

Scam artists! Half the time when I order through the app they tell me the "system timed out" and my payment did not go through, even though I have a receipt and can show my card was charged. They want me to pay twice and I refuse to do it so an argument ensues. From reading the reviews it appears I'm not the only one they try this with. This used to be my favorite location but the after the disgusting treatment I have received I will never go back.

Came in at 5 pm to eat. Cashier didn't ask me if I was dining in or taking out.. was giving a bag instead of a paper tray and I ate in the restaurant wandering why my 10 piece nuggets were thinner and smaller than my 20 piece nuggets that I normally get on Sundays for my kids. The 20 piece Sunday nuggets are usually large and plump and delicious. Also I didnt like coming in on a separate evening and being Said that I need to use the self servers to order, takes too long, when the cashier area has a working ready register and a worker to take my order, I should have a choice. The drive thru on Sunday noon and morning shifts are great. But my 5pm Saturday and evening Friday the day before visit wasn't.

What a bad experience. I was on the way to a doctor appointment and we were running early so my husband decided to pull into McDonald's and get a quick bite. He decided to go inside and get the food because the drive-thru was packed. He went inside and after waiting in line about 5 minutes they finally took his order and then it seemed as if they forgot about him. Another 5 minutes goes by and they hand him his order and he realizes they left an entire order out of it. They then tell him "oh hold on I think we're making some more" he was missing french fries and chicken nuggets...two of the things that they sell the most of. After about 5 more minutes they finally give him his order and when he gets back in the car he realizes that they left and order of fries out but he was so frustrated that he didn't even go back in and ask for them despite having paid for them. *Step it up McDonald's! At the very least you should have hamburgers, fries and chicken nuggets available at ALL TIMES.

Always a good experience at this location. I do the curbside and they are always prompt and friendly. Store grounds are well kept, service is timely and ordering is easy.
