This Mcdonalds definitely has the best staff, so polite, always smiling and willing to help. Other than my apple pie taking a while it's the better of the McDonald's around these parts..

Can't give 0 stars or I would of. Doors on entry not working as they should be buttons not working. Inside restaurant it seemed cold with no heating Long queues waiting to be served when we finally got food we had to return an item as it was cold and we wernt the only customers doing so .when we finally sat down to eat we found seating areas with dirty tables and food on floor so we are not happy with visit and shall not return there again and if u ever think of goin to this particular McDonald's I'd strongly advise you to not to as its very disappointing.

Ever wonder why this particular McDonald’s drive through is extremely slow? Here is why. Waited in line for fifteen minutes before reaching order speaker “I will be with you shortly” another five mins later she then answered the speaker to take our orders. Guess what we saw at the window! Hope both of you enjoyed that TikTok video and remember to turn your headset off next time so people don’t have to listen to that stupid laugh over the speaker!

Usually great but unfortunately tonight I ordered McCrispy with cheese and got cucumbers instead! Strange as cucumbers aren't an option on the mcdonalds app! Freezing cold fries! plus milkshakes unavailable yet again! Food: 2/5

Not giving 5 stars as I ordered 2 happy meals with toys and I received 1 with a toy and 1 with a book. Only noticed at home. Imagine 2 kids fighting over what each wants instead of each getting the same. Thank you McDonald's. The food was nice and hot, delicious and no food item was missed. Quite a wait though, 30 minutes.

Liked it. Standard Mackers fodder. It was great that they had ran out of stupid milk sachets and gave me half a cup of real milk instead Vegetarian options: It's called salad Kid-friendliness: Happy meals! Parking: Available Dietary restrictions: Always do your own checking.

Great service today 17/05/21 6pm. The flat white coffee was good and the chicken sandwich was average, but okay for 99p on the app. The app is slow to work here. I had to reload, use MacDonald's WiFi, do again, change bank card, more buffering. The time it took to place the order was equivalent to 10 cash transaction sales. This needs to be sorted otherwise folk won't bother with the app

This is always a good Macdonald's food wise - chips and burgers are always hot and seem recently cooked. There is always a queue for the drive through at almost any hour of the day. It'll take you ~15 minutes usually to get through.

Having never been to a McDonald's before I'd never even heard of them until I stopped at this service station I was pleasantly surprised that it was more than just the Burger King clone I thought it was at first glance. For instance: it was clean, there were friendly staff, and the food was edible. I mean, not majorly edible, but edible in a way that made you not want to throw up immediately after eating... just give it a few hours. Impressive!

I have been trying to get a breakfast meal with an iced caramel coffee on Wednesday mornings as a treat for my daughter over a period of about 10weeks. I am repeatedly told that they cannot serve iced coffees as "the machine was not cleaned overnight". I also work nights nearby and have asked the night staff if the machine has been cleaned and they tell me that it has and there is no reason for me to be told otherwise. This morning, after the same outcome, I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the person I was attempting to order from was the manager and he stuck to the "machine not cleaned" story. I cancelled my order. Surely if the night staff are not performing their duties the "manager" should have dealt with this issue weeks ago. Terrible service.
