Jack's

I bought the new Bacon Pub burger combo. Has Jack's quit salting the fries? I also bought an order of cheesy bacon pub fries and the picture is worth a thousand words, hardly any fries or cheese for the price of $3.99. I sure hope the burger is not a let down also. Just tried the burger, all I can say is don't get your hopes up.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes

3/4/22 This restaurant has been completely renovated since my last visit. They actually demolished the old building and constructed a new one. The interior is very nice for a fast food restaurant including a lovely fireplace, a nice surprise. The menu is varied and excellent. I had the fried chicken sandwich which I thought was top quality. I will certainly go back.

I would love to give this location zero stars. The night crew lacks in customer service skills and the food is not fresh. My family just came through the drive thru tonight, there was not a single car in the line. It took awhile to get our food and it was not even warm. I ordered a side of ranch, and this sauce is most definitely expired. I tried to call the restaurant to speak with the manager about the expired ranch, and they will not answer the phone. The call is being cut after only a few rings. This has been an awful experience. Terribly disappointed, because the last time my family came to this location was for breakfast and the food and service was great! Will absolutely not be wasting anymore money on the evening crew. Just awful.

Haven’t had jacks’ breakfast in a year or two, when did they start using frozen chicken Patties on the chicken biscuit? There was mostly soggy skin around the outside and hard chicken in the center of the biscuit. It was the WORST biscuit i have ever had. I remember loving the juicy chicken filet on the biscuit. I could only eat 1 bite of this one and i bought two!!! also, did not receive a receipt. Disappointing. 0/10.

This Jack's is in Lorna Rd Hoover, is a very clean place, and the employees provide great services and the hamburgers are delicious Kid-friendliness: Great for kids Parking: Good parking lot

Had the Bacon, egg, cheese sandwich combo before work, but the sandwich was burnt. When I returned with my receipt my meal was replaced.Food: 5/5

The new chicken nuggets are great! Seasoned well and meaty. These should get more advertisement.

Don't go to this Jack's. Food quality is consistently awful. Cold burgers and unsalted fries provided they even get your order correct. I would give 0 stars if I could.

December 29 / 2022 very bad service !!! It took them 1/2 hour to give me my order!!!! I would understand, if there were people but we were only three people waiting! They just turned around and did nothing! They gave me my food very cold! They forgot to give me my dressings and when I asked for them! I was standing for 15 minutes waiting for him and he didn't give them to me! and I asked her, she listened to me!!! and the other boy also heard it but I ignored it!!!!

Service was awful. Drive thru took extremely long time and they were out of several different things including the "hot honey" sauce which they are pushing hard in advertising but can't provide. Workers were rude and food not even worth the money.
