What is happening to Cook Out? I went on a Sunday at 10:30. Fourth in line at the drive-thru. Each car took 5-10 minutes to get their order. I received my food at 10:55. 25 minutes for fast food when it’s not busy? There are too many options in fast food. You will tank if you don’t get this under control fast.

I looooove this place! Very good, no amazing service, got one of my sides wrong, but we were both wearing full head mask and our ears and mouths were covered so could understand. The people inside were all wearing mask and gloves, will definitely be coming back no questions asked.

Stopped for lunch, they are always super busy, but the line moved fast. Had a BLT, white cheddar bites and onion rings. Food was good, none of it was hot. So, 4 stars

Needs larger combo meals. The menu board needs too be more clear about what you are ordering in drive thru. Drive was pretty fast I give five stars for fastest. But I am not clear on what all this restaurant sells.

Love Cookout! I lived in a neighborhood for a few years where there were a few weekend cooks who loved to put on a show. This place reminds me of the platefuls of meats and sides these guys would load you up with just to be good neighbors :

Good prices. But also not a ton of food. Which can be expected. Staff was in way too big of a hurry to be courteous. Otherwise, good place to get cheap food.

The line is a bit long at times depending on the time of visit. The food wasn't all that great but just my opinion; however, the shakes are quite tasty. My returns are simply for the shakes. Maybe, I would order food next time around. Everything.... somethings deserve a second chance.
