Burger King

I visit here 2-3 times a month and always have a great experience. The food is good, the staff is polite, and I never have to wait a long time.

The drive thru was crowded so I went into the lobby I was the only person in line for 20 minutes no one ever came to the counter to take my order. Consequently I just left, they never even turned around to acknowledge that I was there.

Not sure of the name of the woman at the drive thru window but she was awesome!! Good customer service is a must in my book, and she over exceeded my expectations! If I would have had cash, I would have tipped her. She has fair skin, dark hair, an accent, and most of all a pleasant attitude!

The casher was excellent but the cook in the back made sure to voice his opinion on how he don't like people and keep being very rude. If the cashier wasn't as nice as she was I would have gotten my money back and took my kids somewhere else,but our last time eating there

After waiting over 15 min in Drive Thru my food was extremely cold manager returned food to which was warm but did not have all the condiments on the sandwich this by far was my worse experience l. Bit of the workers do less playing and loud talking food preparation and time may have been better I will it be revisiting location.
