McDonald's

I waited at the speaker for almost 10 minutes. I got no response. I called the store. The line went dead. I was on an Uber delivery at the time. The store is meant to be open 24 hours. The app says closed, but Google Maps says 24hrs. Clearly your delivery partners think you're still open at this location as well. Please update your customers and partners when you are closed, as it affects everyone involved.

Beyond trashy and awful attitudes. You can tell none of them want to work there. I get it, you’re working at McDonald’s to provide for your kids so it’s nothing to be happy about but don’t take it out on the customers. I also personally think fast food is for teenagers but I think half the staff is adults???

Update. Let me take them stars down a few. I recently visited my favorite Mc Donald's. An for the first time I had to deal with a out of pocket manager. I think maybe her pony tail was too tight. An it wasn't letting her mind breath. So she short circuits and starts screaming and making a scene about the fry that was missing out my bag. Tried to get buck with me and my old lady over some 3 dollar fries. After she read my receipt she adjusted herself but didn't offer up an apology for her action in the drive thru window. Everybody isn't trying to get something free. She might be the owner....now that i think about it..... I thought I seen her nose in the air. None the less, set a better example for your team....as the leader. Stay blessed.

The guy in here was lazy, I asked for a receipt because I track what I spend for work,, he said they were out of paper and than said he was tired, it happened only a few minutes before I posted this,, a upper supervisor needs to get on him.. make him put the receipt paper in.. the French fries were hard as a rock,, he reheated them French fries should never be hard as a rock

Workers don't want to work and take orders past 11pm. Rude mouths and attitudes at the drive thru. Will let you just sit at the drive thru until you pull off after waiting 30 minutes, YES 30 minutes, from lack of service or at least an acknowledgement. This is in a BLACK neighborhood and it feeds into the stereotype that BLACK people are LAZY and don't want to work!!!! This is the second night in a row this has happened. Last night they said they were only taking doordash orders. YALL SHOULD HIRE WORKERS WHO WANT TO WORK IN ORDER TO ERAN THEIR PAYCHECKS THE HONEST WAY. And It was probably a sorry excuse of a manager at the window, refusing to take orders.

What would happen if these people tried 10% as hard to do their job, as they try not to do their job? You wouldn't get stuck in a drive through for thirty minutes. But you'd still get sick. Don't order online here. I'm not sure they know what the internet is.

You spend to much on food for it not too be made right. I thought they would get better. Maybe next year‍. Ask for a cinnamon roll and still got a danish‍

Wrong order. Some cashiers do not listen to your orders accordingly. Others reps are nice and try to make the orders correct. My neighborhood McDonalds Vegetarian options: Yes great! Kid-friendliness: Very friendly Parking: Good

I do not recommend this McDonald’s at all. I sat waiting at the intercom for 10-15 min after someone had just ordered to pull up to the window for them to tell me they are closed. How are you closed when you’re supposed to be open 24 hours ? And even if you were some communication would be nice instead of having a whole line of people sitting there waiting. I suggest you all find a different place to eat.

Fries always cold and fried too hard. Service okay. They always forget something each time I go. I go for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Never have ice cream. Buns are not fresh ant anytime I purchase a sandwich. Chicken nuggets fried too hard but kids eat anyway.
