First let me say, the Fries were phenomenal... the best I've had at any McDonald's in years... hot and fresh, perfectly salted, and delicious. That being said, it is exactly why I'm upset that they shorted us 1 order of Fries. Other than that, the food was really good. And got quick service in the drive thru.
I take my little 4yr old tadpole great great niece there usually 2 days a week for her pancakes only a and a cup of water on our way to school and work! Of course she loves them, their always hot and fresh!! Keep up the good work Food: 4/5
In the morning I have stopped by this location several times due to it being the only restaurant on my way to work. Depending on who’s working a certain lady will tell you that the car reader is broken and u must have cash which most people don’t carry. The next day different lady will say the car reader is working walk to the front registers to ring it up instead of the side window. They are making this franchise lose customers.
Only gave it 2 stars because of the employee who has helped me during my visits there,he's an excellent employee, the store,if opened, usually is out of things,otherwise they are closed due to not enough employees to open.
From a nursing class at Princeton Hospital, I walked to McDonald’s for lunch. Nobody eating in lobby. Ordered off self service machine and after ordering the quarter pound with cheese combo I chose option to pay with card. While starting to insert my card the screen went blank with instructions to pay at counter. A receipt came out and I proceeded to counter where a nice young lady took receipt, stated “so you ordered chicken nuggets “, I stated no, it was the quarter pounder with cheese meal. She identified the order in the system and promptly brought my order to go out and I walked bk. As I opened my meal it was burnt, the meat was in pieces, no cheese and bun had barely a dot of ketchup. It was disgusting.
This location used to be good, but service has gone down in recent years. When you ask for certain items, if they don't have them, they'll just give you whatever without asking what you'd like instead. Now, this is McDonald's in West Birmingham, so I don't expect a Ruth's Chris type of experience, BUT much of the staff is unprofessional and excessively urban.
I went in to grab a strawberry cream cheese pie, and it was everythinggggg, it was bussing literally Strawberry filling busting out the middle cream cheese all warm on the inside. It's been the best one I've purchased so far. Most of the time when I order they be dried out etc. I won't mentioned those locationFood: 5/5
The doors say they open at 5:00 am I went through the drive through and no one would say anything. Someone who worked there came out and didn't acknowledge me sitting in drive thru. So I tried to go inside the doors both were locked. I get back in my car and drive to the second pick up window to ask if they were open. The lady working in there opened the window gave me the most mean look and was hateful saying were not serving food because we ain't open. I says yall don't open at 5:00! No we don't open at 5:00! I asked if yallndont open at 5:00 then why does your doors say that and the website says 5:00? She closed the window in face! Very rude and unprofessional!
I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and recived a regular quarter pounder with cheese, even though the box very clearly had a sticker that said double. Then when I brought it up to the counter to get it fixed, employees were cutting up in the back, and even after acknowledging my presence, it was about a minute before anyone talked to me. Then when they replaced my burger, they gave me the sloppiest double quarter pounder with cheese I have ever seen. No "sorry it was messed up" or anything. The meat tasted off. The fries were somewhat stale. I did not recieve a reciept at the kiosk. I counted 5 flies on the window next to my table. The soap in the bathroom was very sketchy and didn't seem clean.
This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been...If and when they are open on the inside they are very wishy-washy...the managers are all very nice but the people who work there are not...The food is not very great either...I can go to the McDonald's a mile up the road and it is very different good different service, food and atmosphere wise...
