Food was cold after being told to pull forward into the parking lot to get my order and watching four different car loads of people that ordered after me get their meals first I literally had to blow my horn and remind them that I was out there waiting. Not the first time but the last time I'll be there. Terrible service terrible food terrible location do not go. Kid-friendliness: It's not recommended that you go to this location with your kids..... Or was adults or even teenagers for that matter. Just don't go!

Rude staff. Old food, stale and burnt. Crew has no personality and was told they're just there to take the money and THATS ALL. I don't expect 5 star but damn this location was AWFUL. And I did a complaint by receipt and guess what nobody emailed called nothing so there's that.

Where do I start with the disgust the Big Mac was not prepared correctly, we waited between 5-10 minutes just at the drive thru before our order was taken, our chicken sandwich was also wrong, the fries felt like they had been sitting outside in the cold all day long without a coat on, and the drinks had 0 ice in them. Do better if you can’t take pride in your profession and do things the right way then don’t work

McDonald throw their food together quick but I must say the french fries are good when they are hotFood: 3/5

Order was taken and I was pulled around to wait until complete. Both of the sandwiches were made wrong but they didn't correct the order he asked if we had 3 more dollars as if we were wrong after they made the mistake.Service: 1/5

The food was hot. The customer service from the cashier was great. The person at the pick up window have no personality and no customer service.Food: 5/5

Worst McDonald's ever!!! I can understand having an off day or two, but all of the time? It's rare that I ever go to McDonald's, but every time I come here, it's ALWAYS bad. About four years ago, I ordered a big Mac, and they had a top hamburger bun in between the sandwich, which I thought was so bootleg, and the sandwich was horrible. This is my second coming here since then, and it's still bad. I just left here a few minutes ago, and I was sitting in the drive-thru for eight minutes before I just asked was anyone there. Finally they told me to hold, and I still had to wait another three minutes. I drove off, and the person behind had received a fast response. It's bad this location is bad considering all of the events at the Crossplex, especially since the WORLD GAMES ARE COMING TO THE CROSSPLEX IN A FEW WEEKS. Do you know how much revenue would be coming in for horrible service? Plus the lobby is hardly kept clean.

Well my mom loves burgers so I stopped at burger king they had door locked n employee came 2 door n said they having a meeting n will b open up n a while wow wow wow!!! So McDonald's is rt across from the bk so I got mom meal n it 2 me wasn't worth 8 bucks so much bread n the meat doesn't meet the bread so small!!!
