I enjoyed my time and food here. Next to a Walmart if you need to go there. Great parking when you get here, trust me I didn't park like this when I went to eat lol. Respect to the employees that work here and the cooks in the back also. I will be back when I get in town.

Service was IMMACULATE AS USUAL. THEY ARE TAKING CUSTOMER TO A NEW HEIGHT THATS NEVER BEEN REACHED. I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE Dairy Queen is a place where you go in as a stranger but come out FAMILY!! Parking will always be Safe as long as Mr. Kevin the Security Administrator for Good Game Construction is on-site! He's one man that has the heart for others as well as the temperament to deal with unruly people. Go by his Trailer if you ever eaten here and say hello. The girl at the drive thru 9/21/2022 at 4:00 was so rude to us she reached into my car and also yelled at us when she gave us the wrong order. Never going to this dairy queen again. I suggest you take my advice and go to chick-fil-a at least you’d get better costumer service.

Honestly if i could rate this store a negative 50 i would but since there is no negative i guess it gets a 1. The girl at the drive thru September 21st 2022 at 4:00pm was so rude. I asked for 1 meal. Just one. Not complicated. But she wrote me down for 2 plus extra which was 20 dollars compared to 9. Then when i tried explaining to her where she messed up she wanted to sit there and argue with me telling me i should have been more clear. It was literally 1 order it isnt that hard. Then she reached into my car and grabbed one of my drinks back even though we ordered 3.

We passed by at 2:20PM for some ice cream. There was a line of 6 people and the two workers purposefully ignored us. Couldn’t even tell us it would be a wait or just a minute. If you don’t want to serve the lobby, close it! Do drive thru only.

The drive thru personnel were just plain rude! Acted like we were bothering them by daring to be there. They weren't busy and we weren't problematic.Food: 4/5

Little girl at the window had an attitude. Ordered a combo. Took my order without fries. Charged extra for cheese when the combo I ordered was a chili cheese hot dog. Did not provide a spoon for my sundae. Horrible experience. Needs to be total revamped for customer service.

The food is always good but I hate the way their drive-thru is designed. Kid-friendliness: They have ice cream , ice cream cakes and kids menu. Parking: There is parking all around the building.

Customer service always suck here. They literally had a car stopped on an only way out. Food good, ordered onion rings, very hot but Customer service is always horrible.

For some reason. The customer service is much better when you go in than drive thru. Current workers in drive thru tonight 8/17 need to be removed. Honestly worst customer service I’ve ever received for just picking up food.
