McDonald's

I do not enjoy going to this McDonald's there was a bunch of people in there like it was a hang out spot.. there were people selling drugs in there men hanging in the woman's bathroom. I would not recommend no one to visit, cashier was mean and nasty please save yourself a trip not worth it....Food: 2/5

I have lived in Philadelphia my ENTIRE LIFE! This, passed, year was the first, time I recall stopping at this McDonald’s. Due to a coworker mentioning, I did stop and ordered food. He was right. The food was well prepared and remained warm when I got to work. Well. That has ALL CHANGED! Two days straight. I stopped, via, drive through and left after 7 minutes of waiting in car line. Why? Because the first time, I was 5th in line and the line was not moving. I thought, oh well? Everyone has a bad day. The next day, I left home early to order. I was 3rd in line. Waited 10 minutes. I drove off each time…. With NO ORDER. Who owns and manages this place? JUST SORRY! Give it up and give someone else a chance. I ended up late to work and had to go to a street truck for my breakfasts! In and out! Under five minutes. Just SORRY!

I go through the drive thru every morning for an iced coffee, caramel or French vanilla. At only 1.08 any size, Dunkin is $5.00 or more it's super affordable every morning and tastes every bit as good as Dunkin ok, maybe not quite as good but good enough .

Mobile order Broad and Diamond 21 mins Mobile order Lehigh Ave 48 mins , had to park and wait for food to be brought to me.. I really hate that we can’t get people to work in this situations and the owners don’t care about the customers so long as they keep getting their $2000-3000 an hour. Seems like there would be better people to hire with that much money coming into the store. I kind honestly say I don’t miss living here in Philly.. Go somewhere else and you will see the difference.. I have been to truck stops better then any of these stores and 10 times the customers walk through the door every few minutes, but truck stops are clean , bathrooms open and clean, nobody is playing games in the store and the lines move so fast you wouldn’t believe it.. they need to close the store and fire EVERYONE AND BRING NEW MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES IN AND START OVER . People who value their jobs at least.

I love my fries to be freshly cooked once I order. This place really has done a great job at honoring my request. Because a lot of other stores just acts like they're doing it. Until I give them the fries back. I've never had to do that at this one.Food: 5/5

Without the 25% off coupon this one isn't worth going to if you drive. This mcdonalds is more expensive than the one attached to the gas station on Whitaker. It ain't that far from this location save yaself some bread drive the mile to the other mcdonalds.Food: 1/5

There must be a new rule that food can't be hot at McDonald's anymore. I came here this morning and ordered a sandwich and it wasn't hot. When I came here later on at night I specifically asked that my sandwich be hot because of earlier that day. However my sandwich was still not hot and if the cheese isn't melted you should know its not hot. Keep in mind I went back twice and both times the sandwich wasn't hot. I can just order doordash and not get hot food . ‍

I found some hair on my eggs so I went back to get a new tray of food and they only replaced the egg it was covered in hair and gave me the old food back, I asked the manager and told her what's going on and all they did was gave me my food back with the egg I was going to throw it back in her face but iwas being humble so I stopped and left

The experience was horrible. I asked if I could get fries with no salt in the drive thru. They asked for us to move up and wait and I complied for ~15 minutes. I went in afterwards and no one asked if they could help me. I waited for 5 minutes before trying to grab someone's attention. I say trying because when I wanted to ask somebody something, they were dismissive. Another guy asked for help and they did the same. After another 2 or so minutes, I was frustrated because I see the 3 baskets of fries up and they're dumping and serving to others but I'm still waiting. I go to the car now because I'm infuriated to grab my wallet and to get a refund. I ask for the manager and the manager sent her subordinate to avoid talking to me. Now I'm really mad because she's testing my intelligence and I'm trying my hardest to not yell at anyone. I just wanted my money back at this time and instead of giving me my food knowing I'm waiting on it. They took it to my car and gave it to my wife and then told me it was in the car. The worst part, the fries was still salted. If I wasn't in a rush to go see my sick mother who had a stroke, I would have given them the food back and got my money back strictly on the service to me and the other patrons. Please talk to them about customer service because I try to be patient. I know others are not. Dietary restrictions: No salt

The store stinks. Fries are cold. Employees playing around and speaking Spanish and I was missing a burger and I will never be back again or recommend anyone else to go thereFood: 1/5
