The two agents tried their best to get me connected to the ER department to make sure my minor nephew was admitted but they don’t even answer. They’ll pick up and hang right up without seeing what the call is about. Then tell you to call back.
My husband was scheduled for a heart catherization at 11am. He was finally taken back to cath lab at 2 pm after I complained. His procedure was finally done at 430pm. We were not given any explanation as to why it was so delayed. I will not be going back to temple hospital. I already found a new doctor. Poor customer service.
