There is no regard for hygiene as i watch the cashier wipe her sweat everywhere. I also ended up with very stale chips and a rock hard and extremely overcooked burgerFood: 1/5
I’m so disappointed and utterly concerned by the way I was treated here I had ordered an Oreo flurry at 4:47 and was waiting for around 3 minutes and then they started to call other numbers before and much after me and my sons orders. Soon after I asked when it was ready and they kept giving out other people’s orders who had payed after us etc. Ten. Minutes. Later. The flurries come after it was very hard and didn’t feel easy to eat, made me feel some gas after eating due to poor hygiene in the work place, and bad customer care. overall my experiences from Maccas have been positive so this was very distressing to me and my son.
On a Sunday afternoon, stood at the cashier waiting for someone to take order for about 10 mins while 3 girls kept working at snail pace and never making eye contact . The queue behind me had grown from 1 to 10 people totally blocking the pathway and running into the sitting area... Horrible service and no regard for other people's time!
I was there ordering my lunch at around 12pm today. The girl who serviced me was in grey uniform and she told me they don't have cash today because it's public holiday. I don't understand why 30/12 would be holiday but that's ok so I paid in card. And when I was waiting there for my order, I saw her serviced another customer, received cash and had opened a new bag of coins to given change back to that customer. She noticed I was looking at her and just kept her head down. I don't know if this is the "customer service" standard or if this is discrimination :
What we ordered ad what we got were 2 different things. When we tried to get our order correct we got given attitude by the staff. Once we got the correct burger and opened it, it had been very quickly thrown together in a rush.
I've been here on multiple occasions, which have been good however on my last visit the chocolate thickshake and chocolate frappe I ordered tasted off and gave both myself and my girlfriend mild food poisoning, with both of us feeling fairly ill for hours after drinking. I won't be coming back here sadly.
I went today just looking for a coffee, nothing special actually. A normal sunday just me thinking about work on Monday a some paperwork I had to do before night. Then the most amazing thing happened, I bumped into the most beautiful, perfect barista maker ever. She just prepared that coffee as if I were the freaking pope. Such elegance and delicacy, that coffee tasted as if a Coffee God was the one preparing it. Perfection at it's finest. I paid 4.50 but would have paid 20 if asked to, that's how good it was. 7/5 would come again only for that coffee and to get the barista's number... don't really like the burgers, they are quite unhealthy. Ps. I went by Sunday Feb 7 at like 4 or 5 pm... Dear McDonalds manager, president, CEO, Clown-man in charge, if you know who was the barista attending during these hours, give her a raise, a promotion, vuy her a car and sponsor her studies. Thanks.
Excellent. Came here on Tuesday 2nd of July at around 11.30am to grab a quick bite. The young lad who served me was on the ball. After ordering I told him I'd do some grocery shopping and come back to pick up the food. At seeing my return he immediately recognised me upon approach and retrieved my food which he had waiting securely behind him on the heated section rather than just on the counter. Handed it to me and I was on my way quick smart. No words, no confusion. This is the essence of fast food. Fast and convenient. Small things like this sepereate decent customer service from exceptional. Give this kid a raise
Staff have fantastic customer service skills. The manager was extremely welcoming and even offered free cookies with our coffee today. Great leadership and teamwork in the store aswell.
After being locked down for a while I was excited to get out and about - it wasn't as busy as normal in the food court so I thought the food would be catering to a much higher quality if anything. Turns out due to the lack of turn over, and possibly hours old produce, I assumed incorrectly. Sadly my chicken nugs were epically dry and inedible. Basically just a nug skin shell and no meat inside to be seen. What a sad day this was.
