Reading some of the reviews I guess I am not wrong to give my 2 cent either. If I was going to die I would not want to be taken to this place. They would kill me instead of saving me. If you want the whole story ask me. But this place is a funeral home, The doctors lie and not only that they need to go back to school. If you need a good doctor go to the State you came from because ND has no good doctors.

In February, I went to the clinic with flu-like symptoms and the next thing you know I have a bill for a $550 flu test. $550? The lady in billing very politely told me that they recently upgraded their flu test to a 'DNA-based' test which is much more accurate, and that someone should have disclosed to me the cost of the test. There was no disclosure. I would have run out of there (coughing) into the I REPEAT - THEY CHARGED ME $550 FOR A FLU TEST. Frankly, this level of cost for a flu test shows that this health care facility is more worried about revenue than servicing patients. In fact, this is a disservice to patients. This company should be ashamed.

This place, man. Not open at times conducive to oil field hours. I had to find my way through the ambulance garage to get to the clinic. I'll be fair, I was seen right away. But that's it. The place was not very clean, obviously underfunded. The room I was in had a Zenith tv. I kid you not. The doctor spent the whole visit trying to convince me that my spider bite was swelling because of something I did and not the poison in my veins. The nurse who gave me my shot first got the wrong vial of medicine so I had to wait longer, then dropped the vial on the floor. But the worst part of the whole thing? A shot. For a spider bite. Cost me 550 dollars WITH insurance. I set up a payment plan, which they forgot to cancel when paid off, after charging me an extra payment due to their incompetence, which then charged me AGAIN automatically and now they tell me the refund can take 30 days. This place is garbage. Save yourself the hassle and make the drive to Dickinson.

I have lab work done regularly and both the inprocessing and the lab technicians are friendly and proficient.

Horrible medical facility. No bedside manner from the doctor nor people skills. Some nurses decent, others are completely useless and rude.
