Had the best experience picking out my breast pump today. Stephanie did an amazing job answering all of my questions. She was also super patient with it being my first time and not being fully prepared. Thank you!

I’m literally stuck with a wheelchair for 5 years, Medicare’s rules, that I’m soooo unhappy with because of stupid tire colors!! I wanted a purple chair but Kurt said that after looking into ordering it that it didn’t come with black tires and that the black tires were much sportier than the grey!! Got talked into the blue chair which ended up coming with grey wheels just like the purple would’ve had!! Told me he’d have to order the black wheels and after months of no returned calls from Kurt and I do mean zero returned calls, Carrie called me on a day that we had no appointment scheduled and asked if Kurt could stop in that he was here in Dickinson and had my black wheels. I relented and said yes because it has been months, I mean almostt a year, and I absolutely hated the black tires!! They’re not a balanced look for my BLUE WHEELCHAIR!!!! I could have had my PURPLE WHEELCHAIR with grey wheels and been a very satisfied customer but nooo!! I’m stuck with a chair that I hate and when I mention how I was “ talked into this chair” and I could’ve had the chair that I wanted in the first place it falls on deaf ears!! I’m going to contact Medicare and wish upon wishes that they will help me get the chair I wanted so I’m not unhappy for five years!! These chairs are not free so I’m not getting what I’m paying for!!’ My mistake for listening to a man!!!!!

100 percent of the time they get my order wrong. Not once have I got the products I asked for and on occasion get told they have it on hand just to be told onon i get there that it is in the warehouse. The most recent they had to order product from Fargo and they ordered the wrong product and now am waiting for hopefully the right product yet again from Fargo when I was very very clear the first time as to what I needed as they had the order faxed to them in hand and still ordered the wrong product...

I wanted to pick up an item I was out of and order my monthly order for supplies; told me to call Fargo.
