I was having knee problems so I went to see Dr McKenzie. He did my first knee replacement 12 yrs ago and it was perfect and still is. I have to the other knee done and I feel very secure with him doing it. He and Lee, his PA-C, told me everything I wanted to know and made me feel at ease about the surgery.
I was very impressed with the whole experience. Everyone at Orthopedic Institute was very kind & helpful from the time I walked in until I left. I feel very comfortable about having my upcoming surgery there. I know my Dr. McKenzie knows what he's doing and I feel like my Dr. in Watertown sent me to the best!
First, efficient. Second, friendly and professional. Third, the nurse, doctor and his assistant were good communicators. Very impressed versus my experience over here in Marshall, MN
Listens to my concerns and addresses the problems and concerns I have. Had a back surgery that turned or fantastic and will contact Dr McKenzie any time I feel I may need help. I have 100 percent confidence in his knowledge and skills
My surgeon Matthew McKenzie is a fantastic doctor. He has a welcoming bedside manner, patient, outgoing, and is straight up. I highly recommend him AND OI. I’ve had my knees replaced too and the staff has been wonderful always.

Dr McKenzie will do things that other doctors refuse to do. I trust Dr McKenzie my life. Any of his other doctors have proven to do their jobs as well.
Very little wait time, which was awesome. Dr. McKenzie as well as his staff was very professional. Doctor sounds like he wants to find me some answers as to what's wrong with my back as badly as I do.
