December 2019 I went there because I was in excruciating pain from a herniated disc in my neck and primary care @ V@ would not help much. I went to Dr Wingate on my own and he stated to go back to V@ and prescribed me some gabapentin. Later I went to another neurologist in Dakota Dunes and he told V@ he didn’t care what they said I was having emergency surgery in the morning. I was in awful pain and my left arm had significant atrophy and much weaker than the right arm. He seemed dumbfounded that I went for so long in that condition. I Lost 55lbs in a few months as the pain took away appetite. Due to the pain the picture below was my routine BP.

Chris James, physical therapist, does an excellent job! He listens to what your concerns are and modifies your treatment accordingly. My mobility has significantly improved in just a couple of weeks! He is super friendly, and knowledgeable! Great experience!

Amazing fella! I normally refuse to go to the hospital. Because most doctors are judgment of my appearance. Not Ryan Klenner!He was wanting to hear my questions and concerns. His goal to me was to give me the best care as a human being and just wants you to be well and feel better. Thanks to this man!

She is always friendly and down to earth. Always makes me feel comfortable and always smiling. She knows the answer to my questions and make sure I understand them. She also had a great staff!

Most of the doctors are great. One provider in particular asks inappropriate questions of female patients. Once you get in to your doctor, the rest of the practice and process is painful and aggravating. If you need tests, they will say they called and left a message, they will not do a followup call if you don't return the call. You will have no messages or missed calls, even though they will note they called you. When you call to followup you sit on hold 20-40 minutes, only to be transferred to leave a message where you will wait 2+ days for a call back, if you get it. They will send your account to collections weeks after they have received and processed your insurance and your payment, where you again have to go through the painful phone call process just to get it cleared up. The question you have to ask is, are there doctors just as good where the rest of the practice is better, or are they worth the aggravation.

I have gone to Dr Adler for both my knee replacements. Have always had great care and everyone is so friendly. Scott has been great to assist with your care and explain everything to you.

I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Rasmussen today. He exceeded my expectations in offering excellent information. He has a genuine passion for his profession and care for me as a patient.

Dr. Geisinger tried to get me to leave before asking a single question regarding my foot pain, the reason why I was visiting with him in the first place. He gave me a referral to another doctor, but Dr. Geisinger apparently had no idea that me experiencing the worst pain of my life is an emergency, so I had to deal with my issue for weeks due to the referral not showing up as an emergency and covid protocols kept me from going in to the referred doctor unless it was an emergency. I tried to contact Mary White, to let her know of my bad experience, but after trying to call about a dozen times, I sent her an email and still got no response at all.
