We couldn’t have felt more confident about a vehicle purchase. Each of them went above and beyond and I never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. 10/10 would recommend. We drove from Charleston to Charlotte for this vehicle and it was the best decision and experience we could have made.. plus look at this beauty!

I went to Capital Ford to get an oil change. While waiting for my car to be serviced I toured the lot to see if I could find the latest model of my car. The fleet manager asked if I needed help. He connected me with an excellent salesman and next thing you know, I was buying a car. Being attentive has value.

Today my parents and I had the esteemed pleasure of working with Mauricio Rodriguez while on our search for another vehicle. My parents are Senior Citizens and required a little more attentiveness, which was no problem for Mauricio. He was knowledgeable, transparent and very patient. We are grateful for our overall experience today and very satisfied with our purchase.

Mr. Lenny is the BEST EVER! My husband and I recently were in a bad car wreck. We lost our Kia Optima and wanted to find something similar. Mr. Lenny made the process very easy and STRESS-FREE! I am beyond excited with their service I have received working with Dallas Smith. He called and made it possible to get me into a new 2021 Ford EcoSport within 24 hours. Let me start of by saying these people are the absolute BEST! The entire process, minus a few hiccups to be given on big transactions I love the vehicle I left with, these people did everything they could to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I was paying cash, it was definitely a negotiation! But I feel as though both parties were happy with the price - I know I was. This was the best car buying experience I ever had, I highly recommend this dealership. Top tier. I thought I've had a good car buying experience before, but this was just great. These people went above and beyond what I expected, George negotiated a GREAT price, Micheal got me a great warranty, Zack, my salesmen, even drove my vehicle to my house the same day, he followed me to my place because I didn't have anyone that could come with me I had to drive my other vehicle home as well so two of their employees left. Zack to bring my vehicle, and the other to, well bring Zack back. I don't live close either, it's about an hour and 15 ish hour and 30 min according to traffic. I'm very pleased, even though it's a decent drive, I definitely will be going back to this dealership - they've earned a life long customer from me.

Found this gem of a GT-350 on the website, I inquired online and within 30 minutes I was contacted by Mr. Stephan Murphy. I live about an hr and a half away from the dealer so I needed to make as much of the deal happen remotely as possible before committing to the drive. Stephan was quick and diligent while being cognizant of my time during the work day and helped make the deal happen. Marco was incredibly nice and my experience from test driving to ending in the finance office was a delight. We got there at 4:30pm and left by 5:30pm. Excellent customer service.
