I took my vehicle for an estimate for some minor damage. Afterwards I called back and was blown off twice when attempting to schedule. First time voicemail was not returned > 1 week and second time spoke with the owner who made up an excuse to get off the phone and never called back like they said they would. If you don't want a customer's business just say so, don't jerk them around. Poor communication and professionalism set the tone for a sub-par experience.

The reviews you’ve read are true - not only does Jason do tremendous work when it comes to collision & body repair, he’s also exceedingly honest & really tunes in to the financial needs of his customers. He was recommended to me by Woodie’s. When I brought in my Civic for an estimate on a crunched front passenger door & fender, he let me know ways in which we could bring the cost down without sacrificing safety I opted not to get the rocker panel fixed. I also asked him about another minor cosmetic repair, which he didn’t recommend since 1 it wasn’t a safety issue & 2 it wouldn’t be cheap to fix the molding & repaint the panel. I did tack on headlight polishing since mine were getting dangerously cloudy. My total ended up being about $300 less than expected, my car was ready on time, & Jason helped me navigate the car rental process. I’d recommend Midwood to anyone I know!

Jason completed my car repair for almost half the cost and way quicker timeline than another mechanic quoted nearby. Can’t speak highly enough of his business, promptness, service, and checking my car for a follow up when an issue re-occurred. Midwood Auto Craft is a true five star experience, from Jason’s initial assessment and written estimate to a high quality, expert repair completed as promised. I wish my fender bender literally hadn’t happened, but since it did this is the place to make it all better.

This is by far the best auto shop in Charlotte. Prior to using Jason and his crew, I got immensely screwed over at the Hendrick Collision Center in Concord. I assumed that the bigger the place, the more legitimate, right? Wrong. So, I chose to go with a smaller shop this time around. Midwood Auto Craft came heavily recommended to me and they certainly did not disappoint. Not only did they order parts in front of me the very day I came in, but the car was done early and looks beautiful. Jason and his crew are accessible and accountable people. I'm beyond impressed and thrilled. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car as a courtesy. These are my guys for life!

Great paint and body shop, flawless work and work completed within promised time frame. Would recommend this shop for work on anything from a Ferrari to a Ford Escort. They are the best I've seen in Charlotte.

I honestly can't overstate how great of an experience I had here. Excellent quality repairs and you can tell that Jason and his staff take pride in their work. Based on the kind of damage I brought my car in with, I didn't expect it to ever look the same but it absolutely does. Jason stayed in touch to keep me updated on the progress and was very easy to work with regarding my drop-off and pickup schedule.
