The team at Body Works Plus did such a great job repairing the front right bumper of my BMW X3, which was damaged by a low barrier in a parking lot. Body Works had excellent customer service of providing updates to my vehicle. They stayed late for me as I work until 5 and had to drop off the car. They were in constant communication with my insurance company - I never felt out of the loop. Although the vehicle ended up totaled, I could tell they did the best they could finding all the damages done. The estimate provided was more accurate than other competitors. When I came and collected my belongings out of the car, all the parts were neatly organized in baggies. The office and garage are really nice, too. I didn't feel like it was a grease mechanic, instead a quality body almost detail shop. One piece of feedback though, it was very traumatic having to take all my belongings out of my car that was completely torn apart. It was raining and the car was parked very close to other cars, so hard to get in and out of. I would advise customers in the future to take ALL belongings out of car before repair so that doesn't happen again.

I used Body Works Plus to replace the back bumper on my 2017 Acura MDX. The repair hit a couple of snags when they needed additional parts to complete the job. The General Manager and other employees were easy to work with and communicated with me frequently to provide updates on the estimated completion of the work. Even more noteworthy than the repair, was the time they took literally 5+ weeks negotiating with the guilty party's various levels of insurance companies to advocate on my behalf for payout. Our family car was taken here for a minor dent and quoted $2700 at first. They had already started taking the car apart with being told that we wanted to stay there. The removed seats, doors, and carpet for a dent that had to be pointed out to me because I didn’t see it by just glancing at the car. The amount jumped up to over $13,000 with only the part being $4000 and by the end the final price was over $16,000. Our car was there almost 2 months and every time we called for an update we were told it was in assembly and could be picked up the following week. I understand being paid for a service but this place is not only price gouging but completely unprofessional. If I could give a zero star review that would be even better. Please beware going here and if you do let them know not to do anything to your car until both parties come to a final quote. The BWP Team was incredibly helpful during the process of getting my car repaired. I was hit on the back drivers side of my car, and unfortunately, the at fault party's insurance refused to pay for over half of the repair. It was very stressful, but the team helped me navigate next steps and assisted in getting the full amount paid by my insurance company.
