Perfect transaction and great attention to detail. I custom ordered a new boat from McLaughlin's and found the experience and transaction perfect in every aspect. Nate in Fargo helped me put the order together and his attention to detail is the best I have ever experienced. Nate was more than fair on my trade in which made the new purchase decision easy. Logan did the walk through with us when the boat arrived and spent considerable time showing us how everything works. He was not rushed and dedicated more time to this experience than what I would have expected. Finally, the owner of the dealership, Scott McLaughlin took the time to do the paperwork with us, which is rather unique I think and shows this dealership's high attention to detail and customer care.

We went to McLaughlin's to look at small tent campers.
They had only a few; their major sales seem to be boats and large trailers.
Sales rep, Nate Thompson, showed us exactly the unit we were interested in, walked us through its features and took a lot of time to discuss options and other questions we had.
It was a small sale by comparison for them, but they treated us as well, I'm sure, as if we were a large unit customer.
The shop people spent a lot of time giving the unit a thorough evaluation and preparation. The man in charge of our unit in particular, Aaron Montgomery, walked us through every feature of our camper, answering all our questions and helping us to set up and take down correctly. The front desk people in the service department were very pleasant and helpful, especially Rachel Green, who went out of her way to stay past closing and finding things needed.
McLaughlin's have a fine business in terms of products, most especially in terms of genuine service.

Owner reviews his own company. It's unethical to give yourself a review. People look to reviews as an easy, honest, and most importantly, unbiased view of the quality of a company and how a company treats its customer.
In times like these, don’t give customers any reason to doubt your integrity. If you want solid reviews, provide amazing service and encourage customers to leave you a review. The right way may take longer, but it will leave you with an reputation of honesty.

We recently purchased a travel trailer. Nate was very knowledgeable and knew his product well. He was able to answer all our questions. During our purchase we had lots of questions and paperwork we had to deal with, Nate was always quick to respond.The service department did a great job having our trailer ready for pick up.

Nick was great to work with. We gave him what we were looking for and he found the perfect first camper for us. He made the buying process stress free. Thanks also to Nate in the finance department. 5 stars!
