This place kelcie or chelsea called said my daughter missed her appointment I said no she was just in there and had her eyes dialated and what time she left I 3 way a call to my grown daughter left a message on daughters phone while she was in new appointment doing job training for new job .I hung up found out the doctors name called this lady back the rude lady after I gave her times she was in there and did she need my daughters address argued me NO I was confused and needed to talk to my daughter ..That my daughter was not seen I said her eyes are dialated and she seen (the specific) doctor ....couple hours later my daughter calls and they put daughters record with her (my daughters) husbands record my daughter had to call her insurance and everything ... How rude was all this ?? I am confused ????

This office has always taken care of everything I’ve needed and has always gone over what is expected of them. Wonderful office.

Scheduled an appointment for my 93 year old grandmother. Told scheduler that she needed an eye exam, so she can purchase new glasses and that she will have a drive take her. Dr. Kroll saw her. No prescription was given. I called to ask about the prescriptions and was told to see the Optical Shop as the Drs give them to the employees who work this area. The Optical Shop informed me that my Grandmother did not receive the correct eye exam and would need to come back. This is a business racket - as they want you to buy their over priced glasses from them. Also, they want more money so a prescription can be given to purchase the new glasses. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I was calling to make an appointment but when I asked them to verify my benefits they wanted me to call and get them. My daughter works in a medical office doing billing and has always verified patient benefits. If they are too lazy to verify my benefits I'll go elsewhere. Their loss.

I have been seeing Dr. Melson for my Botox injections to control my Hemi- Facial spasms, which effects my vision to the point where my life quality is a disaster. At first I was nervous, very nervous actually but, I have to say that he not only has been a reassuring Dr. and has shown compassion but, his skill with placing the injections has been Perfection!! I had gotten them from another Dr. before, and I thought the loss of some use with my eye and lip were just something that came with it. What I didn't know was that with a skillful hand, I could get All the Positive effect and none of the Negative effects from Botox. I live and learn and am very Thankful for Dr. Melson and the Team at McPeak Vision. I must Highly recommend Dr. Melson to anyone needing Botox for a medical purpose. Thank you Dr. Melson.
