I LOVE IT. I RECOMMEND 2 PEOPLE ALREADY. LOST 30 POUNDS AND KEEP LOSING WEIGHT. I'M SO HAPPY WITH THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY 😀

Customer service is horrible. They are great until they get your money, then they are inflexible and unhelpful. I've been treated rudely twice now, once when I tried to reschedule an appointment and once when I asked to ask a simple question of the nurse. I was never rude, I just kept trying to explain myself to someone who wasn't really interested in listening. When asked if I could ask a simple question of the nurse, I was scheduled for a $60 consult. When asked if I leave a simple message for the nurse to see if I needed a consult, I was told NO! I told the gal my simple question, she then said she'd leave a message, but then she hung up on me without getting my contact information or saying goodbye. I guess I won't be hearing from the nurse.

Md diet is wonderful & easy to follow. The people are really nice & helpful. They care about your success.

I lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks and I'm so excited to continue!! The staff is super friendly, it's fast, convenient and I'm so glad I took this step in my weight loss journey!!
