Mealey's Furniture

Please find another store. They promise furniture that is not in stock. Yes they are excellent in person and on the phone but it takes ages to have anything delivered. In my experience the furniture was damaged and on second delivery the wrong furniture was delivered making me refuse half the delivery. Yes you will get a profuse apology. What should I do with an apology? I am looking for plain simple service. Not repeated apologies .

My husband and I enjoyed our experience at Mealey's (Oxford Valley). We mainly worked with Rosi Jacobs. She is absolutely wonderful; very nice and energetic! She took ample time to help us, but didn't pressure us into anything. She listened to our wants and needs, gave us a few tips, and was extremely valuable in helping with our final decisions. Highly recommend this store.

Prices on the furniture are unrealistic. You have to ask your "escort" for the real price. Became very unwelcoming when they saw we weren't interested in anything. We were pretty much escorted out of the store. On the way out we were jumped by two other sales men that tried to try selling us again. Very high pressure. I will never return.

Sure the sales personnel are pleasant and the selection is eclectic, but the quality is just not there. If you’re looking for short term furniture that looks great then buy here, EVERY piece of furniture I’ve gotten here through the years is defective in some way. I should have learned my lesson by now. The Management is not responsive and will make false statements to appease you temporarily. Someone needs to oversee their commitments and obligations. If you want a headache about a sofa or anything defective buy here! once you take delivery you are on your own. Wait for their “kind” response below👇🏼 Laughable

Nothing but issues with our order. Although we worked with Rosi Jacobs and SHE was great... the rest of the experience was not. We were told some of order was in stock, then told it was not. Ordered in Feb delivery was not until end of March, which one chair was special order so fine. The couch was the wrong color... called and spoke to someone who told me that they are in stock waiting for people like me to purchase? Really? so no one ever called back so 2 weeks go by and nothing? I call back and now it can't be delivered until April 18th!!! I said no one called me? Very rude. Manager wouldn't even get on the phone!!! Come the 18th delivery was between 11-3... 3:30 comes and I have to call... they finally come and there is a tear in it. Was told someone would call me.. it is Friday no call! I called and spoke to Lauren who said my order was still out for delivery... NOT HAPPY! At all... will not be back!!!
