while shopping experience was good and Robin our sales person was awesome the purchasing of an additional chair without my husband with me to sign for the purchase was outrageous. we together purchased a sofa and chair on saturday. of course delivery was not complete as the power pack was not with the recliner. a little annoyjng. Then I went to the store again to purchase the matching chair without the man with me and was told he had to sign the paper. I wasn't allowed to puchase the chair without his signature. So he wasn't going to Plymouth meeting to sign after work. so they sent an email which was my email as he doesn't have a personal email. So rediculous. As they knew we were shopping and buying together. point well wife has no value.

Worst place to do business with. They sell mattresses with BED BUGS and then don't take responsibility for doing so. They put the blame on YOU the customer and tell you to just deal with it, that it's not their fault. Would not refund or even exchange, but said to hire an exterminator to prove the bed bugs came from the mattress.... but even then you aren't guaranteed a refund. So waste MORE money on something not even guaranteed. Terrible company, terrible management, terrible business model. I wish 0 stars was an option. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I especially like how the sales team welcomes you, and then leaves you to browse with no pressure. Calvin was extremely helpful in finding the perfect mattress and placing our furniture orders.

The store itself is nice and clean. I wondered around for over 20 minutes and no employee came to see if I needed help. I eventually sought someone out and got what I needed. He was friendly. The 2 star rating really comes from my delivery experience. I purchased two pieces and had to wait a week (until the weekend) for delivery because they don't deliver past 5:00pm (I work). They give a 3 hour window which they met but they did not show up with both pieces. The delivery person admitted to seeing both on the delivery slip but was only given one and he did not ask about it. Once I got someone on the phone to try to fix it they were nice and tried to help. Another delivery day was chosen for the second delivery. Then they messed it up again and I was called the morning of the second delivery and told it wouldn't be happening. After many phone calls back and forth it was eventually resolved and I received my furniture.
