I was pretty blown away by this place. I went for a mattress. The prices are great and the service was awesome. Steve was super helpful. I even shopped around before coming back here. Had to wait four days before picking up my order, and part of it was forgotten which was understandable given the situation but it was something I needed and I wasn’t able to get it at the time of pick up because they won’t make any transactions during the week. Had to go somewhere else. But other than that I’m happy with everything.

The experience was good, the bureaus we bought are beautiful and a great value. The only 'glitch' was our salesperson had to enter our PO manually because their I-PAD based sales entry system lost the date (it happened to 2 other people while we were the.) Delivery was fast and easy. Once they work out their ordering system, 'The Dump' will be the best place to get a deal on furniture.

Loved the sales experience. the delivery was good but did not hook up some of the options and one of the pieces of the sofa was wrong. now have to wait over a month for the right piece and set up another time to get it installed. I feel that a month is awful long time to wait for an item that was paid for in advanced.

I have been a customer of The Dump for years and have always been very satisfied. I work with one salesman and I was even able to order two bedroom sets over the phone (I saw them in person) with no issues whatsoever.

Spent a lot of money at this store. but when the quality of my couches turned it to be horrible (water stained and could not be removed) they did nothing. Now I’m left with furniture I can’t even use out of fear of staining them. Will never go back. They should stand behind the products they sells 😡
