Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

We walked into Raymour & Flannigan just to look at a sectional. Met with Joe Kehoe in the Exton, PA store. Joe was incredible and made out experience painless. He didn't hound us and let us walk around in our own. He watched from a distance and walked over when he thought we'd have questions. Well needless to say without any pressure but great guidance we walked out with a whole living room set and a king twin split adjustable bedset for the same price as what we were quoted at another store for just the bed. We were so excited that when the furniture arrived we went back to see Joe and bought more! My wallet is a lot thinner but my house looks awesome! Thanks Joe Kehoe for such an awesome experience. Oh and of course the delivery guys were terrific as well. Definitely recommending this store.

Prices are too high for the quality. We had planned this purchase to be something we would hand down for generations in the family, will likely only last us a numbers of years from now. Here is why... We were in a good position to get something top of the line a few years ago. They had a special design that was rarely seen elsewhere, but not impossible to find. We took our time and worked out a deal for something we though was solid wood. What we though was top quality, the feel and look, turns out to be resin mostly with some wood core. How do I know this? Within 1 year: 1. Staples came out from the fabric on multiple chairs. One a few chairs the whole backing was falling off. 2. A chair leg broke (saw first hand the inferior quality) 3. Paint chipping in odd places 4. Nails sticking out from odd places that poked a couple people Good thing I paid a fortune for the warranty, in home coverage. They did come out and fix some of the items.

Purchased new bedding for a couple of rooms in our home. They have an excellent mattress showroom with lots of selection to compare and choose from. Sales person was knowledgeable and not pushy. Delivery was in a day of order and the delivery people were on time and did a good job removing the old mattresses and setting in place the new mattresses. Pricing was competitive.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Purchased a new bed, mattress and desk and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful with the sale. No complaints here
