Great sales people! Bought a recliner there couldn't be happier.

This furniture store doesn't stand by their word. Delivered a recliner chair to an older lady and she was unable to recline the chair, which they told her in the store that the mechanism could be adjusted once it arrived in her home under the chair to make it easier for her to recline. She had to return the chair. They charged her a restocking fee ($140) even though they told her upon delivery that if she was still unable to recline the chair, they would gladly accept the return. Poor costumer service.

Great selection of furniture styles and very helpful and knowledgeable sales people. They are not pushy and are actually there to help you. The store is very cramped though and hard to walk around.

Shopping for family room furniture for several months. We went to Moore's where we bought our dining room furnitute years ago, which we still have. We should have gone there sooner. Judy was sp pleasant and helpful! She made buying furniture fun!
