Mecklenburg County ABC Store

I was very pleased they had the English imported Liquor that I was intending to give as a gift. AND it was on sale...so I bought one for home too! Great sales staff....very friendly!

They are so polite and respectful if some of the cashiers are funny when you have a conversation with them I keep up the good work

Went on Saturday the weekend of Labor day lines was long but moving that was a good thing as well as me finding what I was looking for was there. I was able to get in and out again even though the line was kinda long

Stock has become far more diverse again. Recommendations are helpful as well.

I will not go to any other. It's very convenient, the service is fast, even when there are long lines, they still get you out quickly. They may not have everything you want on the self due to the shortage, but the worker's there will help you, and they are very polite. I advise those to wear a mask, because they will not serve you without a mask, nor will they let you in.

Had the liquor I wanted. What else can you ask for.

I never go here, but when I do… they ALWAYS have EVERYTHING that I need at a great price. Awesome customer service staff. The police at the door are there to help if you have “issues“ too.

This is a great ABC store, very clearly labeled and laid out. Large open aisles that make it easier for social distancing, they have a good line system going on. Enjoyed the customer service, other ABC stores in the city have had much lesser service. I’ve seen other comments about lack of customer service and agree that experience matters a lot when you physically visit a location but it’s also a reflection on the customers visiting the stores and company culture/policies, etc. In America the customer is always right which really isn’t very healthy or human. I worked in retail for over ten years and understand the toll it takes to work with the public. Managing my expectations before I go into physical locations helps me with the customer service piece. If I bring an understanding mindset, I usually get treated pretty well back. Highly recommend this location but the parking lot definitely has room for improvement!

The store was moving pretty quick tonight for as many people that were there making purchases! And security seems to be on their game! Thanks y'all!
