MedEval Clinic is an integrative medical health clinic that offers FREE consultations for patients seeking alternative treatment options. Our physicians are experienced in the medical marijuana certification process, and other treatment options as well.

Story

At MedEval Clinics, our licensed physicians and experienced staff all have a passion for alternative medicine. We understand that the MMJ registration process can be confusing and, at times, frustrating. We are here to help you with every step of the process; starting with evaluations with one of our five experienced physicians, providing all of the state paperwork, scanning fingerprints, and uploading your entire finished application to the state!

Similar to other certification clinics in Arizona, we do require and accept updated medical records from the last 12 months. However, if you have not seen a doctor within the last 12 months but still feel you qualify as an MMJ cardholder, our physicians are also available to do full evaluations on-site! This makes our process stress free and easily accessible for all qualifying patients. Our goal is to have our patients arrive happy, and leave happier!
