My favourite place to get my marijuana in the valley. Customer service is always great. I never feel intimidated to ask questions. The prices are great on everything. I love the selection on edibles such a great variety from candies to butter. Highly recommend!!!

Was my first time purchasing here and it was a really welcoming experience. The person I talked with was nice and super knowledgeable. Didn't feel judged for asking many questions. Will definitely come back and buy from here again!

This dispensary's specialty is edibles but if you know what to ask for they usual have good flower specials. The staff are a lot friendlier than most dispensary workers. There are many I won't go to because the staff are rude, unknowledgable, or just plain slow. Yilo is comfortable. They also have a split Floorplan with a full non tobacco smoke shop on one side.

I love this store. Their vapes always hit nicely and they always try to get me the effects I seek

Went there today for the first time. Staff is really nice and the girl who I spoke to knows the product she sells. Decent deals too. I will definitely go there again.

I went there twice and walked out both times because of the long lines. Unfortunately they do not have anyone preparing pick up orders so pickups have to wait in line. No curbside pickup although this is advertised. Everyone is nice but its badly managed.

The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Hands down!!!!!, any edibles made by Yilo are guaranteed very tasty, and pretty accurately dosed. I love them especially the baked goods, and the drinkable ones

My go to dispensary in Phoenix. Probably cause its close to me... but so are 15 others that I pass on my way here. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable about their products. Always great quality products too... No need to pay outrageous prices for "baller jars". Get a bucket of distillates for a great price. Med and Rec services available. Points accrued also... Always my go to when I'm in town.

I been coming to this location for over 4years using my ID or medical card. My ID was going to be expired in 9 months!!! and when i was checking in, the front desk guy told me to make sure when I come back to have a valid ID and that they only accept non expired ID! I thought he was joking and I asked him what you mean and he replied, we only accept valid ID here! and your ID expires soon. I replied my ID is valid and told him as well my ID will be expired in 9 months, not tomorrow or next week. He replied that's the rules and I asked him, do you tell all customers to not comeback because they have an ID that will be expired at least in 9 months??? That's almost a year.. so we started arguing. When I was leaving their supposed team lead came to apologize and offered some free stuff in store which I gently refused because as a person with color and accent, some people just feels it's right to discriminate us.
