Terrible at letting a client know if it's been paid for or even ordered. Try to talk to someone always a voice mail. Been there for 13 years they stuck. The only reasons I stay is they sell the wheel chair I like. Don't do buessnes with them

They literally never pick up their phone, voice messages only. They say they will get back to you in 24 hours, it is never less than 5-7 days. Claimed to have my supplies sent out, this is week 3 of waiting for them, and day 4 of waiting for a call back about where my supplies are.
