Consistently VERY poor customer service. Poor communication. I have had a problem with the contrast and technique on my Konica CR unit. in my veterinary clinic Areas that should be black are grey. They have been out to service several times and calibrated the generator and the problem persists. I am trying to upload DICOM images to a radiologist and for over 5 weeks they have been unable to enable me to do so. Twice I or a representative have been hung up on when requesting help and an explanation. Now they are locking out my IT person from the machine so recovering my images and having any body else fix the machine is very difficult. Not service oriented, they point fingers at everyone else and they are not solution based. They want the sale but not a relationship.
