Came last week due to bad allergies…frond desk shorter hair lady is so sweet & helpful , people like her give me hope that there are good people in this world! It was a short wait ,sow Dr Rashid & he was great. I had a follow up with him today and again very pleasant and satisfying experience . I’m even thinking changing my primary physician to this location
I've had two too-notch urgent care visits to this clinic, which I went to first when I couldn't get into my regular urgent care place on a Sunday. I had to do all the new patient paperwork of course, but I didn't have a long wait, the front staff was honestly great and I saw an actual doctor. I chose to go there again the next time I got sick and it was the same: The care was responsive and kind, my conditions were appropriately treated with the right antibiotics, and sent quickly to the right pharmacy. I'm sorry some other patients haven't had this experience but I was impressed and will keep going back.
Scammers. They will lie to you to take extra money. If you’re doing an immigration physical, check the CDC USCIS immunization schedule requirements minimum dates and age will suffice, because they will make you think you don’t meet the requirements, and then charge you extra hundreds for tiler tests. After I was charged for tiler tests, I checked the CDC USCIS requirements and I realized I did meet them. I also ended up going to another civil surgeon, and they accepted the same records and told me this clinic is lying and scamming. I called them multiple times and asked the same questions, what’s the minimum age and interval between doses required? They make something new up every time. When you get there they will lie to make you do blood tests. On the phone they said the fee is 300$ for the basic tests without any extra tiler tests or immunizations. After I’m there, they charged me a random extra 70$ other than the money for the tiler tests or immunizations they lied about. The front desk lady didn’t even run my records through the doctor, she immediately said they weren’t accepted because the doses weren’t exactly one month apart, and then the fee went from 300 to 600$ and she refused to give me an itemized bill and I had to call the financial department later for an itemized bill, where I realized the details of their scamming. They also got my last name wrong, birthday wrong, spill sensitive medical containers on the floor and just leave them there the entire visit, as well as forget about vaccines that are required by the USCIS. Extremely incompetent. Nurse was so rude and hostile! I decided to repay money and redo the whole process someone else because I knew they would do something wrong in the forms. Avoid them at all costs!
Bad service at the front desk and a lot of wrangling about what my insurance would or would not cover. They wanted to overcharge me and my insurance explained that wasn’t allowed. The doctor was good. Not sure if it’s about billing department disputes what it was upsetting and frustrating.
Amazing experience. Dr. Rashid, Dr. Spargo, Nurse Nercy, and Ms. Autumn were very helpful throughout my immigration medical process. They helped reduce my costs by using my insurance to pay for as much of the check up as possible. They also wrote detailed explanation so my results were clear for the embassy.
This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. They will exploit you in any way they can to make extra money. If you’re undergoing an immigration physical, or suffering of any ailment, please find somewhere else. They charged me an amount that I never agreed to, and now I’m in contact with my bank to report their fraud. The people working there don’t know what they’re doing, are not qualified to deal with patients, and they don’t fill out information right. Rude, deceiving, sloppy and dirty as well.
I went for my flu shot and they accidentally gave me a COVID vaccine. This caused me to have an allergic reaction for 2 days, even after administering epinephrine on site. Currently filing a claim with my health insurance for malpractice. Avoid unless you're practicing self harm.
We were visiting from out of town and needed immediate attention. The front desk staff, the nurse and the physician were all very helpful, professional, thorough and caring. No hesitation in recommending.
Everyone here is very friendly and very professional. There may be a bit of a wait depending on the time you go, since there are a limited number of rooms. But this is usually the case in many medical facilities. I had a positive experience here. Shout of to the receptionist for being very inviting with ALL patients who walked through the front door.
I was visiting from Canada and was happy with the service here. It took a bit long - I was the second person in the waiting room when I arrived and it took about an hour to see a doctor and get out - but that’s not too bad for a walk in without an appointment. The staff was friendly. The doctor was generally thorough and kind. They recommended a pharmacy nearby. And they gave me info on when and who to call, for paperwork to send to my insurance back home. Everyone seemed friendly and respectful to all the patients I saw there.
