Because I had a medical marijuana license due to extreme pain & anxiety, I was very happy when this location opened near to Grand Central. The store was easy to miss but once inside, it was all business. They have any extensive menu and very welcoming and knowledgeable sales staff. I have to shout out Miguel A. for being so patient and for knowing and sharing his expert product knowledge. There seems to be nothing he doesn't know. All the products are very high quality and therefore expensive. Always wish the store was more attractively decorated but the music is pretty good while you wait.

I cannot say enough positive things about MedMen. This was my first time visiting a dispensary and I had no idea what I was doing - Miguel took his time with me and explained everything. We worked together to find the right products for me. I appreciate his time and knowledge! Elena helped check me in, and she was a delight as well. I will definitely be back.

The MedMen dispensary chain is one I’m familiar with from California, which is why I’ve relied on this location for my medical cannabis needs. The bud tenders are incredibly kind and knowledgeable at the Fifth Avenue location. However, there always seems to be a rather restricted selection of quality flower - they tend to only have the same limited flower options despite my checking over the last three months. I’m sharing a three star rating after my visit this afternoon in which I was told they did not have any flower available due to having run out two days ago. I’m hoping future visits won’t be as disappointing and that this location can expand its flower offerings. This brand has a lot of potential to really establish itself in both the medical and recreational cannabis market in NYC; I hope the opportunity is not squandered due to poor inventory sourcing and management.

LITERALLY LOVEEEEE this location. They always make me feel like home and take their time to explain everything to me. Barbara specifically is freaking phenomenal. I ask a lot of questions but she answers them all without skipping a beat or making me feel like I’m overwhelming her. Amazing staff amazing Team. Shout out to the Manager Miguel too.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish I could give it more stars. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They are beyond professional, friendly, knowledgeable- you can tell they deeply enjoy and care about their jobs and they are happy to answer any questions or help in every way. I was completely struck by their genuine compassion.

This might be the most amazing store this city has to offer. They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their products provided almost immediate relief exactly as promised. God bless you, Medmen!

If I could give negative a million stars I would. They told me my amout due for my order and then i paid thru an app. After they got my money they told me I'd have to give them a $300 deposit for delivery! This place is a SCAM, BEWARE!!!

I went in today with very limited knowledge and desperately needed some guidance and I was lucky enough to get paired with Miguel! He was so friendly, personable and made me feel extremely comfortable to share personal info as to why I was seeking out this product. He was so knowledgeable, took the time to listen, eased my hesitations and matched products that catered to my specific needs. I asked so many questions and he answered all of them thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. You can really tell that he loves his jobs and cares deeply for the customers. I will always ask for Miguel when I go in, and so should you! He is truly amazing!

Friendly atmosphere and customer service is good. The set up is great and the workers are friendly and helpful.

I spend a lot at this store. Yesterday, I left having spent 1.5k, and when my Uber Black is almost to my house I get a phone call telling me they forgot to give me some of the product nbd so I tell them it will add to my Uber cost will you reimburse me for that? $20 I'm ignoring the fact that it's an inconvenience and it costs me time, and they respond No we cannot reimburse you for that. So I returned to the store took 20 minutes to do grabbed my stuff and told them I will be looking into other dispensaries for my needs. Lol! 20$ for how much they make off me is a really bad trade but I hope they enjoy it. There's a chance I'll return but only after exhausting all other options. I googled dispensary and there are a lot of them now! I would've never noticed had I been treated fairly from the get.
