MedOne Urgent Care

Don't come for the bedside manner. Come for the urgent attention. I've been here a few times and my only complaint is not knowing when and if they close early. From my experience it's a one man show, but he's thorough and efficient. I'm always impressed. It continues to be my first choice in urgent care!

Although I like how straight to the point he is....which some people might not like, what I dislike the most, is how unreliable this business is...specifically since it's an urgent care, I have tried to there 3 times within the business hours, I called prior and nothing! Today I saw lights on and a car in the back and by the time I walked there, everything was pitched black and it 6:45pm and they supposedly close at 9pm. I hope you are reading this, could please put the true business hours or provide updates in FB or your website or your VM, I hate wasting unnecessary time specifically when it's an emergency and I am in pain! Thanks!

I've been a patient here on a few occasions. I have only good things to say. The doctor and staff are kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

A basic clinic, convenient for common ailments. Friendly staff. Still don’t understand why they have carpeting in the bathroom…

Great local place for care of ailments. Have used them many times over last 10 years for child physicals for sports to strep and bronchitis and flu to minor infections. Super convenient. Also great service and no need to wait in long urgent care lines.

dropped in late this evening with a rapidly worsening ear infection. was seen almost immediately by the doctor, who diagnosed, prescribed and provided me with antibiotics for the problem. cost was minimal with my insurance. very grateful. glad I chose this provider. would readily recommend and will plan to re-use this facility should I have need.

They do better and more thorough exams than one would expect in an urgent care environment. Although the facility is in a converted house the professionalism of the staff makes this an excellent medical facility. I've been multiple times over about a decade and they have done great diagnostics, imaging, and follow-up.

I'm writing to show my support for Dr. Felber. I've gone here and brought my husband multiple times over 5 years for deep cuts, strep throat, and ankle sprains. The staff has always been nice and helpful. During the pandemic in 2020, the line was out the door. I think the staff got overwhelmed, but Dr. Felber is still there. If you need routine service for cold/flu and injury, this is a great place to go. No waiting 3 hours at urgent care to receive passionate care.

This is the most terrible medical facility I have ever been to in my life. I walked in last night at 8:45 pm with my mother who had just been badly burned. We drove around for 30 minutes trying to find an urgent care that was open because all others closed at 8 pm. We walked in and rock music was blasting, which is not something one wants to hear when they’re in excruciating pain. Nobody was there to greet us and we were waiting about 3 minutes before a man walked in from outside. He did not even look at us or acknowledge our presence until he walked right past us to get to the front desk. Then he asked how he could help us, mind you, still not looking up at us. I told him my mother had been burned and could someone help us, to which he responded “have a seat and I’ll get back to you”… STILL NOT EVEN LOOKING AT US. We took a seat and he disappeared upstairs for about 5 minutes. He finally comes back down and still doesn’t give us any indication that he is going to assist us, it seemed he was just cleaning up the office to close. Finally my mom asked if there was a doctor here, and he faintly responds from another room “yup”. It then became clear he was the only person there because no doctor would leave someone in pain to just sit there as they tidy up. I decided we were leaving because nobody in their right mind would want to be treated by this individual if they were on their death bed. We let him know we were leaving and he didn’t even come out to speak to us or so much as respond. I have never in my life received such terrible service in a medical setting. It is no excuse that the urgent care was closing 15 minutes after we arrived, one cannot plan medical emergencies and to treat a patient so horribly is disgusting. If this individual that ignored us is a doctor, they need their license revoked yesterday because he had ZERO bedside manner. I have been calling all morning to complain and to no surprise, they can’t even answer the phone. If you don’t want to be treated like less than a human when you are experiencing a medical emergency, then never visit this urgent care.

Dr Felber is phenomenal. We have gone to other places and Medone is hands down the most convenient, thorough and caring. We recommend him and Medone to everyone we know.
