It is so fast and easy to get an appointment or even to request that your place be held in line!! The entire staff is kind and courteous! The doctors are very knowledgeable and have a wonderful bedside manner!! Kesha, at the Kirby Whitten location is wonderful!
FNP Austin Pitman was wonderful. He took time with me that even my own pcp didn't because she was scared to physically see me with my symptoms. If he had a practice I'd be on the fast track to being his patient!!
My experience at Medpost was wonderful. The wait was only 30 minutes, the receptionist and medical assistants were very courteous and the clinician was very compassionate and wanted to help my pain. I would recommend them to everyone.
Had a Covid test. The first place I called said they had a 5 hour wait. Med Post let me make an appt. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and it was an overall great experience.
