Urgent Team - Bartlett

Very impressed with a clean urgent care and kind workers. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and doctor I saw were all kind. Most urgent cares I’ve been too and not nearly this clean and the workers are usually unhappy but it’s a Friday night and everyone was courteous and quick. Highly recommend.

This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had visiting an Urgent Care center. The staff was friendly and kind. There was not a long wait. I would gladly go back!

The triage nurse and nurse practitioner working at the Bartlett, TN location are both absolute gems. They are patient and kind. They give excellent direction and education. They direct their patients towards knowledge and hope while showing empathy. What a pair of brave an excellent healthcare providers!

My family and I have recently all been hit with Covid. Urgent Team was super kind and friendly. All the staff is super sweet and worked well with my 2 and 10 year old. We will be using them in the future for other minor medical needs.

Very fast, safe and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and put all your worries at ease.
