Had an appointment with Devin. Meticulous and detailed is an understatement. She does not rush so don’t go there expecting to be in and out. I even contacted her post procedure and she was so sweet and patient. Highly recommend. She loves what she does and you can tell her from her work!

Wonderful experience. Have routinely been seeing Devin specifically. Believe there location has moved uptown not sure if that's permanent or temporary though. Highly recommend you request Devin. Absolutely the best from start to finish. Very professional and precise. Friendly and kind. Makes you at ease if first time visiting. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, can answer any question I've ever asked her with true detail. I wanted more of a treatment and she studied my face and actually recommended no because she thought some natural movement is nice to see. Where others typically try to push the most amount of units they can on you. Devin prepares everything in-front of you which is extremely relieving. From opening in front of you new manufacture bottle/box however your treatment is delivered to mixing solution etc.. Her right hand lady Denise is amazing. Makes sure everything is setup, booked, confirmed and you are all set pre and post visit. Highly highly recommend Devin. Knowledgeable, honest, precise and personable. Not to mention her pricing is very competitive especially when receiving it from someone with her amount of experience and perfectionism.

I’ve been going to MedSpa44 for the past six years religiously for my Fraxel/Utltherapy treatments and I have followed Carmen from her previous place of work after a few years of being her client. I’ve gone to a good number of other famous high-end cosmetic surgeons’ offices throughout the past couple of decades for these same procedures and she is by far the most knowledgeable technician I’ve encountered. I trust Carmen implicitly and know she wants the best for my skin, because she values her stellar reputation. These procedures are of a fairly serious nature and she will not allow you to harm yourself just because you want to do something you shouldn’t be doing; she cares about her clients’ health and well-being. I am an entertainer and rely heavily on my beauty team. Carmen is my most trusted team member to maintain my freshness and naturalness while staying safe; staving off years of needing actual cosmetic surgery! I'm consistently receiving compliments on my youthful 30's skin and I'm close to 50! Thank you, Carmen, for your beautiful work and caring nature. I’m so grateful to have found you! I also want to thank Denise at reception. She’s always accommodating and super friendly in-person and on the phone. At one point, I hadn't realized one of my last sessions had expired and she was kind enough to honor it, which I utterly appreciated. They both make my visits a true pleasure! In addition, I'm grateful for their email blasts notifying me of annual sales as they seem to have the lowest prices for these treatments among others catering to varying clients' needs. The office is also located in a convenient space near Grand Central. I do want to make new patients aware there is an intimate waiting area and to make things more efficient, they do prep us with numbing cream while we sit with other patients. This efficiency allows for more appointment availability. In this way, I don’t have to wait as long for appointment times and when I want them throughout the calendar year. This is a nominal price to pay for the phenominal work they do at MedSpa44.

I went on Thursday to have lip fillers and the lady's name was Alla and she was amazing !! Made me feel super comfortable and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted let me look every few mins to see what she was doing and made sure I liked them. Everyone was really sweet and helpful even the receptionist. Definitely look forward to seeing them again in 6 months !

I am receiving text messages that I have an appointment and if I won’t show up , they will charge me 50$. But I HAVE NOT MADE ANY APPOINTMENTS. I was their client years ago. I did fraxel that actually caused hyperpigmentation on my face and I now suffer from this treatment . VERY DISAPPOINTED SERVICE and SCAMMING MARKETING. I live in Florida for a year already, not in NY. I try to call them , but nobody answers. WHAT A SCAM !

You know I have heard of coolsculpting before but never really knew much about it till I came here. Now that summer is over and we are heading into fall I really want to start working on my body. I have a some love handles and coming here is going to help. I spoke and met with carmen who went over everything with me and I am so happy. I started my first session and healthy eating style last week. I am no in the "healing stage" i have two more sessions left to go which will take me through winter and ready for that spring body!
