Receptionist was incredibly polite and kind! And even showed sense of humor. Same with MA, she was kind, polite and very sweet to our son. Doctor was awesome, focused his attention to make sure we understood everything we were discussing. He is easy to reach and truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Reitman is as always an incredible doctor. He quickly diagnosed and set expectations. When we needed extra help, he set us a late appointment and accommodated our urgent needs. My son trusts him implicitly as do I. 100% recommend.

Dr Hong is very attentive, knowledgeable and charismatic! I trust her with my baby girl. She’s great! Dr Stern is also awesome! He’s very patient, thorough and kind! I love these physicians as they have treated my baby girl so well! I am thankful for both of them! The phlebotomist is also great! The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Keep up the great work!

We had our one month baby visit today. We were greeted and seen by a resident. The resident did a fantastic job, however we never met or saw our provider, but they were able to recommend care based on the resident's suggestions. Providers should make it a point to meet their patients and families.

Was told I could walk in to do a PPD for my child I have the voice mail to prove it only to find out I have to schedule an appointment for that. Spent two hours driving in DC rush hour traffic because the staff there can't get their act straight on what their policies are. The doctors themselves are fine but the front desk staff are disorganized, appallingly unprofessional, and are unapologetic about wasting people's time as long as THEY'RE not distracted from their incessant giggling and gossip. Embarrassing.

Appointment took almost two hours with waiting for resident then waiting for attending then waiting for PA then to get labs then to get vaccination booster. I had one major concern I raised to the resident. It was never addressed. And in the shuffle of all the waiting I ended up forgetting to bring it up after raising it twice already. I was told someone was going to come give the vaccine but I ended up having to go look for them and she told me no one told her we were waiting. Overall a disappointment

The doctors here are ok’ish, but some of the nurses are grumpy, rough with injections and the front facing staff are just horrible. Their attitudes are worse than KFC. Like they’re doing me a favour. We also paid to have a form expedited. They didn’t complete it and we had to chase after them to get it completed for the school.

I took my son for his well-being exam. Dr. Reitman made us feel right at home. He is knowledgeable, very friendly, genuine and caring. He gave us great advice and made our visit informative and pleasant. Thank you!

Completely useless. We previously took our child here to see Dr. Kirk. She left and they don’t even have a pediatrician who sees kids under 14 anymore making them truly useless. Of course did they advise current patients of this ahead of time? Nope. They wait for you to need something and then tell you. Terrible staff is probably why Dr. Kirk got frustrated and quit. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. K. Hawkins is an amazing , caring , beautiful human being. I’m very fortunate to have Dr. Hawkins as my daughter’s PCP , she’s doing above and beyond to help my disabled child in all matters. And five stars is very low for that Dr.
