Exploring downtown Atlanta and discovered Meehan's. Old comfort pub style atmosphere and quirky decor with amazing attentive staff. The food is very good too. I had trio mac n cheese with a banger, My friend had their Shepard's pie and also bread pudding and enjoyed very much. Definitely keeping this one in the books as a must return next trip

So at first atmosphere was great I ordered a glass of wine and s classic house margarita both were really great then I noticed something in my glass of wine and informed the waitress, who brought some man to my table and accused me of peeling off the table and putting it into a $7 glass of wine. Really disappointing. At first I was trying to explain to him that I was drinking my glass of wine before someone informed me something was in my drink. Then I really didn't care what he thought and wanted a refund. My bill was more than the drink which was the least expensive thing on my order. Will never go back. I give them a F- in customer service

Server and food were amazing! Great atmosphere. Would be five stars, if the prices were more in line with what it is. It's a cool place, but $13.50 for a burger when you charging $7.00 for a draft beer? With that being said, I will defiantly go back, but can only afford it once per 3 day trip to Atlanta.

Great Atmosphere! Had the Fatmstead Burger and I must say it was absolutely delicious! Service was great and the beer was good. I'd definitely go back when visiting Atlanta in the future!

I have fond memories of Meehan’s from when my boyfriend and I first started dating, but last night, we saying that we wouldn’t be back. This isn’t the first time we’ve had rude service, but it was the last. The host was rude as she seated us and then when someone finally came over to get our drinks, he dashed away like we had the plague before we had a chance to say anything other than “water.” Then a new server came over, and she did the same thing. Only this time, we both were waving our hands and saying “wait!” as she stepped away, but even though she made side-eye contact with my boyfriend, she kept on walking. Then we didn’t see her again until our food came out, by which point we had been waiting for about 15 or 20 minutes just to order a beer. The food was fine. Not great, but it was passable for late night eats. But then again, we sat and waited and waited and waited, while our server, Haley, went to every table around us, except ours. Finally, she came over and we paid and left. We love Irish Pubs! But this one just got crossed off the list. We’ll be driving to Keegan’s in Kennesaw from now on.
