Megabus Stop

I've been traveling on Megabus since 2011 and never had a bad experience. They are just like Badger Bus, or Greyhound for customer service, cleanliness and staying on schedule. Your seating space may not be quite as spacious, but we pay much less, so it's well worth it.

My sister and I traveled roundtrip on Megabus from Chicago to Memphis and back and I can really say the experience was most pleasant. Both drivers were kind and helpful, and very patient with us. The one on the way to Memphis was even funny and made us laugh. Looking forward to our trip to Mall of America this fall!!

I will never use MegaBus ever again. Not only did they leave me at my stop while I was waiting, I called and was speaking to Customer Services and they hung up on me, TWICE. Please if you can afford it, take the Greyhound, they will lessen the headache. Thanks for ruining my trip MegaBus 😀

Horrible customer service!! Never go to these people!! They don't do anything to resolve any issues! They make you wait hours on end to even talk with someone! My sister in law was supposed to have left by 1pm!! The bus driver passed her and her 3 kids (one who is disabled) and we've been trying to get ahold of them (megabus) and no luck!! They keep giving us the run around!! And then when expressing our concerns, they hang up on us!! This is the worst experience with this bus company ever! You need to be shut down already!!
