Had my catalytic converter cut off and jacked from my car, parked in front of my house, so these guys got it all fixed up and outfitted with a big, metal, guard box thingy so that hopefully, it can't happen again. Their customer service was great, turn-around time was just a day, so I'm happy and impressed and feel like a valued customer. Would highly recommend this place and go back again.

I have been a customer of this specific Meineke location for years. They consistently provide exceptional customer service, prompt repairs, and reasonable prices. Just the other day, my alternator was dying and no longer able to charge the battery of my car. I called Meineke on Juan Tabo, and they encouraged me to bring it in immediately. They had it fixed within an hour. I'm so thankful for their help on such a short notice. On a Saturday morning we were trying to leave on a planned road trip and our truck would not start. Travis at Meineke listened to me describe the problem, asked ALL the right questions, and offered up exactly the information we needed for the various options available. I can't express how appreciative I am of everyone here. My RV tire broke off on the hwy. They were quick and helpful they even saw I had wrong size ball on RV and helped fix that too. Checked up afterwards and responded to texts after we paid and left knowing I was traveling to Texas. Also referred me to a local AutoZone & discount tire to help with my jeep and tires for RV. I am certain I would never made it to Texas safely without their help. I highly recommend this location and if I'm even back through and need help I will use this location without a doubt!! Brought in a dump trailer because tires were wearing unevenly. Travis’s crew did a thorough inspection and then replaced all leaf spring bushings AND ALL nuts and bolts beneath the trailer deck. They also replaced the break away mechanism. I had used this trailer extensively for the past 6 years and hauled some very heavy loads. Now I have a fully refurbished and safety inspected trailer that won’t be wearing out my tires so readily. Outstanding service! Discovered AC problem while on a road trip on a Saturday morning. Called several Albuquerque shops from the freeway but they were either closed or just too booked. TRAVIS BLANEY—Meineke shop manager—was the only one that, while very busy, was willing to check out the car. Meineke employees took the time to understand the root of the problem, fix it and get us back on the road that same afternoon! Travis was attentive and kept us informed on the work’s progress.
