Mike has very good customer service skill. Meineke staff always treatment me as if I'm my car and I are the only customer. My most recent experience was I had a flat tire and Meineke Mike sent a tow truck for us. I have no problem with shop. Have a Blessed day!!

My daughter goes to school in Wichita and her car would not start. I am from out of town 3 & 1/2 hours away and was not able to figure out what the issue was. Not knowing who was trustworthy around town I opted to go for name brand franchises first as it does lend a little stronger reference point. First place I called said maybe two weeks. About what I expected but not really doable unless no other choice. Previously had brakes done at Meineke so give it a shot. Said they could look at it today plus offered one free tow under reward program. I wound up using AAA anyhow but a couple hours later had it at the shop. They said from comments 99% sure was just the starter. Got it to the shop around 1:30pm, by 5:00 they were finishing up replacing the starter, she was good to go and I was headed back home. I was fantastically happy, no further stress, and a week later everything is still doing well for her. Very happy with the people, work, price, and the timeframe could not have been better. Will definitely be going back there if/when her car needs further work.Service: Auto maintenance

Anymore it is so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. Cars are becoming more challenging to work on at home so there's no other choice except try to find a reputable auto shop. After getting raked over the financial coals at other auto shops, we decided to try our luck at Meineke, mainly because it was close to home. I had an issue with my car and after explaining the symptoms, that had it fixed in no time! Since then, we have brought both our vehicles here for any work needed. Each time, Mike, Ashley and the entire team continually go over and above to make sure everything is done perfectly. They are super-friendly, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Mike and the crew were very kind and helpful. Meineke has an excellent heating repair policy where the diagnostic cost is essentially waved and goes towards the cost of the repair if you have it repaired with them. For heating repairs, which are often unexpected and which most folks probably have little experience with, that’s a great deal. So I took them up on it. They repaired my HVAC blower motor and thermostat for competitive prices. And they gave me a Christmas discount to boot. All around, it was a good experience.

The only shop to actually help me without having to set an appointment ahead of time or weeks out. The service in this location is fantastic and they really relate to you on a personal and professional level. They also have integrity and will not try to charge you for stuff you do not need and will tell you straight what the problem is and help you. Even though I live a ways away from this location, they have gained a customer from me and will be using them from now. Strongly recommend!!Services: Oil change

Great customer service. They were closing at 6 and helped me out anyway . I got there right at 6 pm after hitting a wooden pallet on k96 . The skid plate and plastic where hanging loose on my car scraping on the ground. . They were kind enough to help me out and zip tied and clipped the skid plates back up for me to help get me home. Thanks again I really appreciate your kindness and willingness to help.

Went in on November 11th for a general inspection and an oil change. Gentleman that got me checked in was no frills, and to the point of the visit - which I appreciated - then reassured me "we'll have ya in and out shortly." Dude wasn't kidding. Popped in at 11:45, was out by 12:15. Car had a clean bill of health and the oil was changed without any nonsense. Will definitely continue being a customerServices: Oil change

STAY AWAY. Went for an oil change. Price was higher than the dealerships ! and they deceptively tried to upsell for brakes. We were told all the brakes needed replaced and that the rear were "almost metal on metal". Took it home after the overpriced oil change to do the brake work ourselves and, lo and behold, the brakes were FINE. Still 50%+ wear left on them. So the techs are either incompetent or blatantly dishonest. No chance we'll be back.
