The service has declined to the rock bottom since the they had lost all of their former crew including the store manager. I walked in one evening to have my check engine light read and the guy at the counter said they didn't have it despite handing it out to someone he knew personally. You don't get greeted when you walk in, store is dirty and merchandise is all over the place. Customer service is non existent. Old Review 2018 : Good customer service. I see smiling and enthusiastic faces every time I walk in there. They have lifetime warranty on most parts and is worth paying an extra dollar for that any day. Just some quick tips: They do change batteries, wiper blades, air filters, diagnose check engine lights, alternators and starters. Please don't abuse the services they offer by asking them to replace a battery that you just purchased at Walmart. Also, AutoZone will not test/replace batteries during rain due to safety issues. You do not want to mix electricity and water common sense. They will not clear codes, it's against their company policy.

I went there to pick up antifreeze. They only had 1 of the two gallons I needed at the rack at the front of the store. I asked the woman at the counter if they had anymore. She said there was more down one of the ailse. Before I could start heading that way, she was already running after it. Great service!

Walked into the store, guy behind the counter was a clown. Just looked at me, didn’t say anything. I wasn’t sure if he was working on something else or what. So I walked up to the counter and said are you waiting on customers? He acted put out by my question. I promptly left. I’ve encountered him before. Go somewhere else to shop.

Nathan was such a big help and extremely friendly! He was more than willing to replace my battery and did so quickly. And I might add he was a gentleman as well. He opened the door for both my sister and I even when pulling a big cart with his supplies. He even laughed at our jokes. Thanks Nathan for your amazing customer service!

I called the store about a tire issue I have and seeing if they could help me. The rep I had on the phone was Taiwan and he was amazing! He told me to come in when I have I chance and they’ll try to find a solution to my tire issue!! I was outstanding of his customer service and I appreciate associates like him!! Thank you Taiwan!!

Went to get an Engine Filter and Cabin Filter. Jaime not only found the part, but put it on for me! Not only did this make my day, but have more faith that there are people that care and want to help. I did not ask her to put this on, but she took took the steps to assist me anyway she could... Oh man you have a great person working for you and in the future I will definitely come here first for anything I need pertaining to Auto Zone. Taiwan was helpful in another visit I had. Thanks for reading my thoughts.. Kudo's to the team.

Great location and definitely now my go to parts store . The employee Taiwan who works the counter is very knowledgeable and his customer service is above par . I would give his service and professionalism ten stars if I possible . Would definitely recommend this location .
