I highly recommend if you are looking for insurance to start here at Melanie Schelling -State Farm. The staff here was very professional and straight forward. You can definitely tell they are for the people here. I want to give a Huge shoutout to the front desk receptionist for her kindness and Mrs. Casey as well for just being as sweet as can be. And finding the best policy’s for me . If you go here ask for Casey you will not be disappointed she’s great. State Farm is lucky to have her! Thank you again!

Went today to pay a bill and ask a few questions. Sarah Fink was so kind and helpful. She couldn’t answer all my questions but assured me she would look into the issues and get back to me. I have been with this office for years; appreciate all their help.

As a 23 year old, finding a good insurance company has been a struggle.. until now. Sarah Wilcoxen has been a tremendous help when I made the decision to switch from Liberty Mutual to State Farm. I went into the office without an appointment and Sarah was able to see me immediately. She reviewed my auto and mortgage insurance and gave me a quote within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the rates. Sarah was very informative and kept my interests in mind. I never felt forced into anything I didn’t want on my policy. If there was something I wasn’t familiar with she explained it thoroughly. I was able to get my quote, purchase my policies, get the temporary insurance card, and get on my way within an hour. Since my visit, Sarah has been awesome in working with me and my mortgage lender in the switch. Very satisfied with State Farm as it’s been a great decision. Couldn’t recommend this agency any more!!! Thank you, Sarah.

Casey has been very helpful! We decided to make the switch from Shelter to State farm when we purchased a new vehicle and the price of coverage was outrageous along with hearing some not very comforting things from family about our current insurance provider. Casey has been very thorough and helpful, although the price went up some since our original estimate which was unfortunate, it still was WAY better than what we were previously paying for the same coverage. We are just starting the switch but things are looking good so far!

Explained everything I needed for my home and auto very thoroughly. Made sure I could get into my accounts and get My safe driving set up. Casey was a huge help!
