The food was fresh and the staff was very friendly. My only suggestion is to make sure that you take public transportation to get there. Parking is very expensive.

They are fast, friendly and efficient. When dropping off my car, I was in and out in less than half-an-hour. Everyone there was polite. It was super-convenient to get your rental car at the same place you drop off your car. While I hope I never have to get another car fixed by insurance, if I do, it will be here.

The place made the claim process really easy. I had never experienced the claim process before, so it was nice to have someone walk me through it all. I'm not insured with Progressive, but after the service I looked up quotes. Complimentary snacks and beverages. Keep up the good work !

They have the MOST offensive commercials on tv. They have intentionally offend white males for years.

I got rear ended and had to send the claim through the driver's insurance. Did you know that Progressive can process a claim and pay out for your damages in less than a week? I definitely didn't and couldn't have been more impressed with the process. I'm in the process of switching to Progressive as a result of the experience.
