Justin, Austin, and the rest of their team at the Men’s Wearhouse in Sioux Falls are phenomenal! I could not say enough nice things about everyone there. I have always been made to feel like I was that salesperson’s #1 priority regardless of how many customers they were actually helping. They go above and WAY beyond the call of duty at that location. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for great quality Menswear at reasonable prices stop in and chat with the amazing team at Men’s Wearhouse. They’ll get you set up perfectly every time.

I've been to a few Men's Wearhouses, they've always been a good pick for quality clothing... But the Men's Wearhouse in front of the Empire Mall is on a whole other level. The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic. I came into the store and I said, "I need a suit for my wedding, plans changed and I'm worried I won't have enough time." The Assistant Manger Justin personally took me aside and told me he would take care of me. Within minutes Justin had all my measurements and I was trying on various brands to find just the right fit. The store did not have the color suit I was looking for but Justin brought me his tablet and showed me the entire catalog right there and together we found EXACTLY what I was looking for. Within 20 minutes I had the measurements perfect, the suit on order, and Justin was showing me some wonderful belts and shoes to match. I ended up selecting the very same shoes that he was wearing and they were just as comfortable as he claimed. Anytime I was worried about time to complete the order, Justin let me know that I would be taken care of. I was even able to get nautical themed socks specially ordered in! All in all I had an incredible experience at this Men's Wearhouse and I looked great for my wedding. Brittney hope I spelled that right was absolutely amazing. She was patient and professional and made our shopping experience wonderful. She was knowledgeable, approachable, and professional. We will return to this store because of the phenomenal customer service Brittney gave us. Highly recommend

Two young gentlemen named Justin and John spent nearly a full hour walking me through several processes and updating me on black-tie rules. They helped hand-pick me an amazing outfit. I'm very impressed with the customer service.

I love to buy my Calvin Klein dress shirts for work here, that is when they have my size... but like most stores, they cater to the small and skinny guys. I'm 20 36/37, and very seldom do they have my size.

Took 4 pairs of my boyfriends jeans in he just bought to have them hemmed, he tried them on the kid measured them all uneven, bf told him that how he measured them was way to much that he only wanted a 1/2 off... got jeans back and they were hemmed and cut at about 1.5 inches can't be fixed.

John was stellar and efficient. He did the work of 3 people. Was on the go the entire time. Very pleased w his customer service. Fella needs a raise!

The guy and lady working there today were equally rude. Worst customer service I've dealt with in years. Went there with my fiance and his best man to look at tuxes for our wedding and the guy just says what do you need while still looking at his tablet and sitting down. We told him and he just says no we don't have nothing like that here. Then we asked about a white tux and the lady chimes in as she's walking by and says oh no we won't have any to rent like that in a long time. Idk what ever happened to greeting your customers as they come in, stand up, smile, show what you do have and actually help them find something they like. Just horrible business. I will never go there again and will tell any friends or family that need suits or tuxes to NOT go there. Very disrespectful people. -Bride to be Lorrena.

This was my first time getting fitted for a custom suit. I purchased a full suit here about a month ago and worked with an older saleswoman, I dont remember her name, but she had long lighter colored curly hair. Overall I was pretty disappointed with the service when I came out spending over $600 in the end. I came in explained that I need a full suit, the works, everything. She fitted me for a jacket, and then gave me the impression that she was rushing me to pay and leave the store so she could tend to other customers. I had to prompt her to get me fitted for pants as well as a shirt. I was very rushed during the whole process, like it was a chore for the employee to continue helping me get a full suit fitted. The suit itself is quality, and fits / looks well. But the customer service lacked. I would say shop elsewhere for better service. If I'm spending $600 + in your store to get fitted for a custom suit, I would expect nothing less than exceptional service, making sure everything fits perfect. I also had to mention getting the pants altered before she even took measurements or asked how they fit. Also during my visit, a younger salesman with tattoos was visibly and verbal frustrated, and expressed his displeasure that changing rooms were full and had clothes left in them. It was pretty unprofessional to see a grown man that is employed there, complain in front of customers.

When I am at the dentist or optometrist, and the women tell me they like my shirt! Then ask, Where do I get my shirt's? Men's Wearhouse of course!
