DO NOT RENT TUXES FROM HERE! I just recently had a wedding and have had the WORST experience with this store. The lack of communication and competence is appalling. They accidentally sent one of my groomsman tux to a different location that was two hours away from the original location for pickup. No one could tell me how it happened and they did not seem eager to fix the situation. I was told that they could overnight the tux but it never was put in their system to do it. We had someone willing to drive TWO HOURS to the other location just to find out the suit was never there. This all happened a DAY before my wedding. Also the other suits for both my husband and the rest of the groomsmen had problems such as jacket buttons falling off and such. I will NEVER rent or buy anything from this place again. I wish I could give it negative stars.
After picking up a custom tuxedo from another store that fit like a "hand-me-down" per my fiancé, I came to this store in urgent need of help. Chaz came to the rescue and helped me find my new fit, guiding me through modern styling and preferences. He even worked with the tailor on-site to confirm my fit. My wedding for now has been saved. Highly recommend this store location.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Mainly because of their employee John he really saved my cousin’s wedding. Their was suit mishap at another location and he worked his magic to ensure I had the proper suit to match the wedding party. I don’t know his position but if he hasn’t been promoted he should be immediately.
I did not initially come to this location, but after picking up my custom suit and not liking the fit and being told I would need to visit another location to find a tailor, for free...I walked into the door. I was immediately greeted by John and shortly after, Sugi. They both showed empathy towards my concerns with my suit. The next hour of being resized, picking out colors and options for the suit I am getting married in flew by. I was so pleased when I left, I will happily make the drive to this location even though I have 2 closer locations to my home. Customer service was above and beyond. I genuinely felt like they cared. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a suit, renting or buying, to ask for either Sugi or John. Amazing people!
Kinda expensive but great selection. Been going here for years. A suit might be 200 but you'll walk out looking like corporate America. Go for it. Chase your dream. Black, blue or red tie they got it
We went in today to get my two boys measured and fit for their ring bearer outfits. The place was a little busy and got busier while we were there. But Quincy and Niq neek, not sure of spelling held it together! They were extremely friendly and greeted everyone as soon as they walked in. They got everyone taken care of as quick as they could and had a smile on their faces the whole time. They worked together amazingly, made the process easy, even with technology issues and truly made it a great experience.
At the eleventh hour they really came through for us! The suit was breathtaking and the fit, perfect! My young king went to his senior prom looking like absolute royalty!
Today is the day before my wedding and my entire groom party got their rental tuxes here. Picked them up and NONE of them fit. My fiancés tux had buttons missing on the jacket, no cuff links, the wrong style pants, the wrong size button up shirt, the vest didn’t fit and the jacket didn’t fit either. Worst experience ever. Can’t get them replaced in time for our wedding tomorrow morning. Had to return and now we are stuck shopping last minute in hopes to find something. I don’t recommend men’s warehouse to anyone. There’s no excuse for why every single piece shouldn’t fit for every person in the groomsmen party. I had a feeling when I went in this store it would be a bad idea, wish I would’ve listened to my gut.
Spent over several hundred on a rental tux for a wedding. The pants were 2-3 inches too short. The shirt collar was too tight. The shirt sleeves were 4 inches too short. The jacket was so tight that the top button alone caused terrible creasing. Also, there were little threads coming out everywhere. I lost about ten pounds between the fitting and the event, so I know the tight jacket was not my fault. Terrible waste of money. Every groomsman had similar issues. One was so bad that they didn't even charge him. On top of all of that, the pants were supposed to be black and everybody got gray.
Had a wedding event, wife and I came in for a tux rental...found out it was not going to be as formal as we thought, and needed something more laid back, but still clean and appropriate for an all white event. At the last sec my wife spotted a pair of pants that were nice. At glance it looked like it would be too big for me, but Sue said try them on. Thank God she did, because I’m not as slim as I thought. They fit perfectly. And looked way better than what we were about to settle for since it was the next day we needed it. She also picked something I would not have thought of, but was timeless and felt great with the pants. A solid plain white shirt to fit. Also a sweet pair of some brown dressy shoes, and brown belt to match. Pieced it together like nothing, and looks dope. Thank you again Sue, awesome eye. I feel good about showing up now, thank you so much.
